Description
The pump elements PE 120 G and PE 250 G with or
without safety valve are used in piston pumps of the
series GIGA or GIGA PLUS (see table). These pump

elements either directly supply the lube points with
lubricant or forward the dosage volume to the
lubricant distributor.
The pump elements PE 120 G and PE 250 G are
suitable for pumps with mechanically controlled
pistons (desmodromic).

Combination of output rates

A special feature of the GIGA PLUS central
lubrication pump is that it is suitable for all lubrication
systems (progressive, sectional, single-line and dual
line system).
Another advantage is that all three pressure
connections of the pump can be linked by channels

plug 1 (see sectional drawing) in order to combine the

element output rates of two or all three pressure connections,
e.g. in the case of lube points with a higher lubricant
demand.
In all channels are cylinder screws which separate

the output rates of the individual pressure
connections. If those screws are removed, the ouput
rates of two or also all three pump elements can be
combined. The grease volume will come out at one of
the linked pressure connections. The other linked
pressure connections are closed.
Attention: No pressure connection above which

monitoring.

Delivery volume adjustment
The delivery volume for the pump elements PE 60,
PE 120 or PE 170, cannot be regulated as they have
a fixed delivery volume.
The adjustment of output rate is only possible for the
pump elements PE 120V or PE 560V (only available
at pump series F-super 3), when removing the screw
plug from the pump element.
Then the set screw can be turned by means of a
screw driver, turning clockwise reduces and turning
counter-clockwise increases.
