Evidence: Live longer

Hi everyone! My name is Jaber Triana Bustos. I am 27 years old and I am Commercial Director in
real estate. In this video I would like to give you some tips about how to live longer.

These are some things you should do:

1. You should reduce stress.


2. You should make exercise at least twice a week.
3. You should make meditation exercises.
4. You should have a positive attitude.
5. You should listen to music you like.
6. You should socialize with people.
7. You should have a pet because they reduce stress.

These are some things you have to do:

1. You have to take a shower every day.


2. You have to go to the doctor for a checking twice a year.
3. You have to sleep at least 8 hours.
4. You have to eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
5. You have to exercise memory by reading books, doing puzzles or crosswords.
6. You have to eat foods with proteins and vitamins.
7. You have to walk 30 minutes a day.

These are some things you must do:

1. You must drink a lot of water at least 8 glasses a day.


2. You must quit smoking.
3. You must avoid drinking alcoholic drinks.
4. You must take care of the sun.
5. You must avoid sleeping with your cellphone next to you.
6. You must have love yourself and have self-esteem.
7. You must love your family so that you have good mentality.
