Date:17-02-2016. Read the followina:- Notification No.2/CGM(Adm., IS&ERP)/2015, dtd.23-09-2015. ORDER: Under Regulation 14(a)(1) of APSEB SRs Part-ll, as adopted by TSGENCO, Sri/Smt/Kum. [as mentioned in the Annexure] is appointed temporarily as Assistant Engineer (Mechanical), in the time Scale of Pay of Rs.41155-1700-44555- 1985-54480-2280-63600 with usual allowances as admissible from time to time at the place of working, and he/she is placed on probation for a period of 2 [two] years, including one year “INDUCTION” and "ON THE-JOB-TRAINING”” 2. The appointment ordered in Para-1 above, as Assistant Engineer (Mechanical), is provisional and liable for termination at any time without notice and without assigning any reasons. The said appointment is also subject to result of W.P.Nos.33955/2015, 34017/2015, 34240/2015, 34345/2015, 35074/2015, 35114/2015, 35120/2015 and 36881/2015 pending on the file of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. 3. The conditions of service of the candidate will be governed by the Rules and Regulations applicable and as amended by the Telangana State Power Generation Corporation Limited from time to time. The Tripartite Agreement entered into between the erstwhile APSE Board, the composite Government of Andhra Pradesh, and the Employees Associations are not applicable to the candidate and he/she shall at no stage be entitled to claim any right whatsoever arising out of the said Tripartite Agreement. The candidate has already submitted an undertaking to that effect along with the following Original Documents. Date of Birth [SSC]; Academic Qualifications (SSC, Inter and Degree]; Community Certificate; Latest Non-Creamy Layer Certificate in case of Backward Classes; Bonafide Certificate/School Study Certificate from 4" Class to 10" Class; Certificate of Residence/Nativity; Attestation Form in Quadruplicate; Handicapped Certificate in respect of “Physically Challenged Candidates”, Copy of Hall Ticket and Online Application; Employment Exchange Registration Card, if any; Certificate of Physical Fitness issued by a Government Medical Officer of rank not lower than that of a Civil Surgeon or District Medical Officer;No objection certificate from the employer [if employed any where}; In case of Physically Challenged Candidates, a certificate of [OH, HH & VH] from the competent Medical Officer; and A bond on non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs.100/- (Rupees One hundred only) executed to the effect that:- (a) He/She will serve the TSGENCO for a minimum period of 5 years after completion of training, in case he/she is appointed on regular basis; (b) If the candidate leaves the TSGENCO during the period of Probation/Training, he/she shall refund to the TSGENCO the emoluments received by him/her during Probation/Training Period plus Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) by way of liquidated damages; and (©) If the candidate leaves the TSGENCO after 2 years of Probation-Cum- Training and within 5 years bond period, he/she shall pay to the ‘TSGENCO an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) by way of liquidated damages. 4. The appointment ordered in Para-1 above is also subject to the following terms and conditions; namely:~ (a) If any of the certificates produced by him/her are found to be fake or false or not recognized at a later date, his/her services shall be liable for termination without notice and without assigning any reasons; {b) The appointment is subject to verification of character and antecedents. If any adverse report is received in the said verification, his/her services are liable for termination without notice and without assigning any reasons; (©) The original certificates deposited with TSGENCO shall be retained with the Corporation during the bond period of 5 years. However, the TSGENCO may consider for return of original certificates on temporary basis to the candidate after completion of three years from the date of joining on written request after depositing caution money of an amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) with TSGENCO which will be refunded on re-depositing back the original certificates to the Corporation within one month, else the amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) shall be forfeited and further action shall also be taken to recover the dues as per the service bond (d) The candidates appointed as Assistant Engineer (Mechanical), shall work wherever heishe is posted and no request for change of posting will be entertained under any circumstances; 5. The candidates appointed as Assistant Engineer (Mechanical), is posted to the control [as mentioned in the Annexure]. During the period of probation, the candidate shall undergo “Induction and On-the-Job-Training’ for a period of one year. 6. The candidate appointed as Assistant Engineer shall be required to work in each of the Power Generating Stations for a minimum period of 3 [three] years,3 7. He/She is directed to report at the place of posting ordered above duly producing Appointment order along with the acknowledgement slip issued by Assistant Secretary (Adm.)/TSGENCO/Vidyut Soudha/Hyderabad. If he/she does not report at the place of posting within a period of 30 [thirty] days from the date of receipt of this order, the offer of appointment shall automatically stands cancelled and the name of the candidate shall be omitted from the list of approved candidates and the appointment orders as Assistant Engineer (Mechanical), will be cancelled without any further notice. 8. The TSGENCO reserves the right to cancel/delete or alter any of the terms and conditions of this order of appointment. 9. The candidate will be governed by the Provisions of the EPF & MP Act, 1952, and the Employees Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, in terms of G.0.0.
