NEED OF STUDY

a) Need for such trainings can be recognized from individual performance reviews,
individual meetings, employee satisfaction surveys and by being in constant touch with
the employees.
b) Its like two sides of coin without the support of one party the goals of the organization
cannot be achieved.
c) The need to study employee retention challenges will allow the organization to
understand the reasons and ways of the retaining the employees back and achieving
organizational goals.

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY


a) To analyze various challenges faced by the organization in retaining its employees who
are younger.
b) To understand the employee perspective about the organization.
c) Building up of strategies for retaining employees and creating better organization.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
 A research design is the arrangement of conditions for collection and analysis of data
in a Manner that aims to combine relevance to the research purpose with economy in
procedure.
 In this research, I have used Descriptive Research Design.
