The undersigned are NSTP-CWTS students from the University of the Philippines Visayas. This
letter humbly asks your permission for the implementation of Healthy Young Ones Orientation in Barangay
Baybay Sur, Miagao, Iloilo on March 8, 2020. This program came from the need of information
dissemination about the adolescent’s sexual and reproductive health, sexual orientation and gender identity,
puberty, reproductive system, sexually transmitted infections, human immunodeficiency virus, and acquired
immunodeficiency virus to educate them to look for their own health and well-being.
The NST-CWTS program's objective is to enable students to help the community that is why we
have planned to conduct the mentioned activities. This will also create a rapport between youth to be
interactive in the society and will inspire others to continue the said program. We decided to implement this
program due to its timeliness and relevance to the youth in today’s generation. The program will include not
less than 10 participants whose age range from 10-19 years old as suggested from the Healthy Young Ones
