S00 Bulacan provides equal employment opportunity to all qualified applicants who meet the Qualification ‘Standards (QS) regardless of their gender, age, civil status, disabiity, eigion, ethnicity or political aftations and of the positions. 3. Republic Act 8190 or the so-called “Localization Law” grants priority to residents of the barangay, ‘municipality or city where the schools located. 4. The schedule of the hiring process is contained in Enclosure No. 1. 5. Teacher-applicants shall register to the Department's online system at application.deped.gov.ph where they ‘must encode their Personal Data Sheet in the Division where they want to be ranked and secure a Unique Application Number (UAN). They also need to secure Tax Identification Number (TIN) from the BIR which is ‘also a requirement for onine application. 6. The applicants shall submit to the SDO or the School Head of the SHS a written application, with the Applicant Number indicated, supported with the required documents found in Enclosure No. 2, All teacher-applicants in SY 2019-2020 who were both listed and not iste in the Registry of Qualified Applicants may re-apply by ‘undergoing again all the rules of ranking. 7. Applicants for Stand-Alone SHS shall submit their applications directly to the Division Selection Committee, Office of the ASDS, 2 Floor Schools Division Office of Bulacan, Provincial Capitol Compound, Bgy. Guinhawa, City of Malolos, 8. Applicants for integrated SHS shall submit their applications in the designated schools by educational districts as stated in Enclosure No. 1. 8.
