supervision. Under his direction we get the opportunities to polish our concealed qualities
and skills moreover, their timely help and guidance paved a way for us to complete such
a critical and vast topic. It was surely his method of teaching & eagerness for imparting
knowledge that we not did not find much difficulty to give in to our thoughts and
information. He motivated us to work hard and to achieve high-level performance. The
development of this project has enabled us to better understanding the content of the
course.
He guided us and taught us with different techniques, which enabled us to complete this
project, as well as for unconventional style of teaching and maintaining very open and
competitive atmosphere within the class, which made the subject very interesting for us
the most important thing is that the knowledge which we have studied in our subject was
all that same which we have to apply practically.

Introduction:
Ammad Monus is the CEO of this company. He is a mechanical Engineer and has 13 year experience in
MEP division and its some executive projects. The purpose of starting this company is to give awareness
to the young person especially for the fresh graduates that have no jobs. Ammad Monus said: Nobody
Gives You Job, Don’t Worry You Should Start Your Own Business and Create an Opportunity for
Jobless People. “IF OPPORTUNITIES VANISHES, YOU SHOULD GENERATE IT”.
Within eight months company archived their first project of General hospital Lahore.
The Company provides complete solution on MEP SYSTEM, with high quality engineering, service
support and especially in design division from qualified Consultants.
Apart from contracting business, we are also in house facility of Machine made duct fabrication
having 2.5 acre Land Area also we provide turnkey solution and panels for ducting & insulation
materials and also VRF.
We are offering the services on the basis of quality and commitment. We have given 100% of us in all
projects and we will give 100% in future projects. We don’t compromise in quality and safety. That’s
why we have a great worth in the national market. We are working in commercial level in all over
Pakistan and in some foreign countries. Sometimes we have to work on domestic level for building
personal relations.

Important Player:
And also we are offering VRF. Basically we are a services company but we offer one of the best items in
air-conditioning which is VRF. This is makes us unique in the market because we are offering low cost
product and this product is better than HVAC. The uniqueness of VRF is that there is only one outdoor
and many indoors. This is the most efficient and updated product. It is best to save your place, time and
price. Only we are not offering VRF in the market, Climate control, Hire, Dicon and Carior also are
offering VRF but we are offering in low price.
We are offering services and product in national level on the bases of contract with different companies
under different businesses. Mostly the old clients and personal relations give us business to business so
that’s why we are working to make relations in the market. Brookes Pharma, Shell, Leecol these are the
new clients of us. In the future market trend will be change. VRF, BMS technology is growing very fast
in the market. We are lucky to working on VRF and after 4 year we had great experiences in this
technology.

AMCON is the services company not a production company. We only offer the services.
During the project we use these key-points to fulfill the demand of the customers. No#1 is Experiences,
we have our best 10-20 year experiences. We don’t compromise in work, we satisfy the clients with
experiences. No#2 Knowledge/Technical Skills, we are spending our all knowledge and make it easy,
better and price efficient. We are well aware of market and have access to any product, any facility or any
new techniques. No#3 Skilled Labor, during the project, we only use or assign skilled labor because
skilled labor is more efficient and have minor chance of mistake or any work not done on standards. No#4
Metal Craft Tools, during the project we work with metal craft tools.
These are the resources who transform to final position. The process is this; we make a strategy and start
doing working on it. E.g. in Electrical field working we make a plan with the help of engineers,
consultants and great experienced workers. First of all we calculate the load of building and after that we
start work on it. We work on single phase wiring and ducting, after that we start three phase wiring and
panel designing.
After completing the project we provide excellent power system and also check warrantee with after
services maintenances and clients satisfaction.

AMCON is Services Company we deal on commercial level. We deal with business to business in the
commercial stage; clients demand professional work with the bases of great experience, consultancy and
engineers work and also we receive project of those clients who have 300% money backup beside their
invested amount. We have a team of workers who fulfill the needs and demands of clients. These are our

Typologies
Varity: We provide six types of services: Heating & Air Conditioning Works (All Types), HVAC - VRF
- BMS, Electrical Works, Fire Fighting System, Fire Alarm System and Plumbing Works. In their
services we get the project, plan the project, give consultancy to company and complete it. In these
services we work on their plans and strategies to fulfill the customers need. In these services we bound to
complete it and give after project services like; maintenance. And also we give consultancy for their
project and these projects give us new and great experiences and technical knowledge. In consultancy we
don’t get bound or have any restrictions in to work on it and also we are not responsible for their
outcome.
Variation: AMCON is Services Company. That’s why we have only one type of variation. We work on
the clients demand and wants. We suggest right but we only work on the bases of client
choices/requirements. AMCON is currently doing 3 projects at a time. If somehow AMCON didn’t have
labor for any project, they contact or select the labor from their mother company CLIMATE CONTROL.
Visibility: In processing the project, project visibility is high. We can see that where, when, what we are
doing and what is the next step. The services of skilled employee will greatly affect the client’s
experience. During the projects if client wants to change something then it’s our responsibility to change
it. Visibility is that we brief our operations and management to show working on project or site to
inspection team. During installation, inspection team or upper management can check anything on site
what we are doing on project.
Volume: High volume means repeated process. AMCON works in high volume process. We can do
better and more efficient work in high volume. A high volume of working can easier to satisfy the client
demand.
Before we get the project we take the serious measurements of the weather, political factors, natural
disasters etc. in the setting time limit of the project.
As you know this is a services company and the services company totally depends on the time duration.
We can’t compromise on the time. Usually we complete project in 8-9 months. Because we are C6
category company, that’s why we can’t bear long term and more than 10 million rupees project. At one
time we have capacity to take three projects with 10 million rupees but the time duration is 8-9 months.
So we can say the volume of this company is 2 projects per year.
Objectives
Quality: Basically it’s a services company and it’s all based on quality of work and commitment. We
work according to the need or demand of client or customer. Quality increase our dependability (customer
rely on our work) and customer satisfaction. We are committed to our work and our time period as per
mention in the quotation on the bases of client need. We give the quality service that’s why clients show
100% dependability and also we charge more but it’s bearable and acceptable for clients.
Speed: Before taking the project we sent the time period in the quotation. That’s why we have a
responsibility to complete project in this time period. In case we don’t meet their time limit then we face
the 5% per month plenty of project investment. It’s such a very heavy plenty so we set their time limit

which suit our team management and team skills. We set the time period with the consideration of
weather conditions and political activities. And if client want early and before the time work then we
charge more and if we complete their work then clients show dependability. If we have burden of the
projects; then we make a strategy to fulfill their need and demand.
Dependability: We give the services according to the requirement of customer. Customer has confidence
and can expect good and quality work. If we meet the clients need & wants and complete project in the
time limit then clients show their dependability. Our work or projects are our front face that reflect the
elegancy and bearable for clients.
Flexibility: Flexibility is all about what, when and how we do the work and how client get satisfy by our
time limit, our standard and quality work. If we don’t complete our project on time, client rely on us and
gives us more time but that got us in penalty or if the client was unable to finance the project, we slow
down the work and give time to client to pay the dues to run the project . We have a responsibility to
fulfill client needs and wants that’s why client show their Dependability.
Cost: Cost is all depend on what customer need, where customer need and when customer need. Cost
affected by speed, dependability, flexibility and quality. We give the quality services because we have
well experienced team. We charge more but it’s bearable for everyone.
Clients Need:
In the services company, before taking projects we have to discuss their plans. During the discussion we
observe and justify their needs and wants. Mostly clients describe their need and wants on their own.
Generally client wants best services with low price and long term useable products & services.
After that we give business proposal on the bases of need and wants, set the goal to achieve it. We have to
take projects with high price because we have professional team and have 11 years’ experience.
Performances Objective:
We wants to become a top listed company and provide our best professional services to our valuable
clients under one roof.
So that’s way we have to maintain their quality. For maintaining quality we notifying there supply
network, labor satisfaction, performances and make PR with subordinates and superior companies and
also there consultants.

According to this, we preformed our objectives. We control our project Quality with the help of great
technology and great experiences of workers. We use to maintain the quality we hardly arranged the
consultants, and as you know consultant fee is too high that’s way we charge more but its reliable.
In the context of Speed we notices the time period of the project so we have to responsible to complete
the project, that’s why we hire external manpower/ labor as per project.
In the context of Cost we charge as same as C5 category because we have all kinds of machines, tools
and also consultants.

This is a services company. We are preforming our services on the bases of client needs, but there
are often fluctuations in client needs, sometimes they need high end quality services or tech goods but
sometimes they need average services according to their cost and time.
We are highly capable for handling 3 projects at a time. As we can say, we only have bulk
inventory of products (nut bolts, wires, buttons, electrical boards, switches, nails) which are used in
our final products and are similar in all. We order these products in bulk, these products usually used in 3
projects and these products are for at least 1 year. We reorder these products at the 25% inventory
remaining. Apart these products we have metal sheets in bulk, which are used in ducting and we have
these around about 200 metal sheets, one sheet is 20 ft. Reorder of the metal sheets is at 50 sheets
remaining. If there is any problem in order at 50 metal sheets remaining, we contact our 2nd supplier at 30
sheets minimum (Dead-Line).
Mostly, we only have a bulk quantity of Metal Sheets and (Nut Bolts, Wires, Buttons,
Electrical Boards, Switches, Nails). We carefully manage the products from rusting like in metal sheets
case because these metal sheets will rust or unable to use if we don’t care them. Care in sense that we
only use metal sheets which are required at the spot or at the construction site.
Demand Forecasting:
Our demand varies from client to client and project to project. Main demand of our company is
metal sheets and we stock them at minimum 200 metal sheets. If there is any fluctuation in demand like
high/low we manage it. If there is high demand of metal sheets like 500 or 700, then we give time to our
client of 7-10 days. If other company approaches us for ducting metal sheets, we fabricate the sheets for
ducting and then final our ducting product. These type of orders fluctuates our metal sheet demand.
In the services company there are only this type of Constraints in inventory and we are facing them
Risking is that when our product is finalized we don’t have to carry it in warehouse or there is risk of
damaging the final product which is being delivered. We only make product on order base and we finish
our product 2 days before the delivery because the finish good or product consume more space than raw
metal sheets.
