In regards to my application, I would like to apply for the position of a Home health aide for your
company. I was reffered by Myla Whiteside a employee of yours and a family member of mine. I
feel that I would be a great fit for this position.

I'm a recent graduate from El Capitan high school. I have taken several courses that I feel have
prepared me well for this position. I have experience working in a healthcare facility. I
volunteered at Mercy Medical center, with a position at the front desk.

I know how to perform several first aid procedures. I am CPR certified and am confident in
taking vital signs. I enjoy working with people and I am a conscientious worker and I work well
with others. My resume is enclosed as well as a list of past experiences and activities i've
accomplished that I feel has prepared me well for this position.
