开机操作篇
Turn on operating
1,先启动油泵（点击“油泵”下的“启动”键）。

Start the oil pump first（Click the "Start" button under "oil pump"）

2,当确定油泵已经正常工作，再启动螺旋和转股（分别点击螺旋

和转股的“启动”键）

When the oil pump has been properly operated,then start the screw and

drum (respectively, click on the "start" button of the "screw" and

"drum")

3,当油泵，螺旋，转股依次启动之后，主屏幕上的“转股运行速

度”和“差速度”开始显示数字。当“转股运行速度”和“差速度”稳定

之后，准备开始进料。

After the oil pump ,screw and drum are started in order."Drum speed" and

"differential speed" are on the main screen begin to display the

stabilized,we prepare to start the feed Pump .

4,启动料泵（点击料泵“启动”键），离心机开始进料。

关机操作篇
Shutdown operation

1， 先停止料泵（点击料泵下“停止”键），然后关闭进料阀；

打开清洗阀（点击“清洗”下“启动”键），开始进行清洗。

At first Stop the feed pump (click the "Stop"button )Then close the feed

valve.

Open the clean valve(click the "clean"button of the"Start". Start cleaning.

2， 依次停止螺旋，转股（分别点击“螺旋”下“停止”，点击“转

股”下“停止”）。

3， 当整台设备停止运转后，才可以停止油泵（点击“油泵”下

“停止”）。

参数设置篇
Parameter setting

1， 返回主屏幕，点击“参数设置画面”，进入调整参数画面

adjustment parameters screen.

2， 进入调整页面，如果要改变转股或螺旋的频率，直接点击

数字，会弹出参数设置图。

油站保养篇
Oil station maintenance

本装置主要用于离心机稀油循环润滑系统中，向主机左右两

只主轴承座供送润滑油，起冷却润滑作用，保证供油和润滑质量，

使主机设备连续正常运行。其工作介质为 L-AN22～L-AN32 中

负荷工业齿轮油或其它机械润滑油。

seat.Cooling and lubricating action,Ensure the quality of oil supply and

三、工作原理与结构特点

Working principle and structure features

稀油站由油箱、油泵装置、油滤器、压力表、管道、阀门

等组成。

The lubricating oil station consists of the fuel tank, oil

pump device, oil filter, pressure gauge, pipeline, valve and

other components.

工作时，油液由齿轮泵从油箱吸出，经双油滤器、被直接送

到设备的润滑点进行润滑，然后经系统回油管流回油箱。油站的

最高工作压力为 0.6MPa,最低工作压力为 0.05MPa（视现场情

况可重新设定），根据润滑点的要求，通过调节阀确定油量。稀

油站具有过滤、冷却功能。

At work, The oil out from the gear pump of the tank,

Though the Dual oil filter ,Lubrication is carried directly to the

lubrication points of the equipment.

Then return the oil tank back to the tank by the

system.The maximum working pressure of the oil station is

0.6MPa,The minimum operating pressure is

0.05MPa(Depending on the scene, you can reset it),According

to the requirements of lubrication point, the amount of oil is

determined by adjusting valve.

四、安装、调整和试运转

Installation, adjustment and commissioning

此类整体式稀油站平稳地安放在普通地面上或主机旁的地

坑内，无须地脚紧固。整体搬运时，在油箱的 2 个吊耳处挂绳。

稀油站已在制造厂进行性能试验，故在现场安放平稳，即

可连接出油管、回油管、水管、电控柜，经试车合格投入工作。

注意：因运输原因出厂时油箱未加注润滑油，使用前请先加

注润滑油！

Note: the fuel tank is not filled with lubricating oil

when leaving the factory for transportation reasons.

Please add lubricating oil before use!

向油箱注入牌号美孚 DTE 轻级循环油-32#润滑油 80-90L.

操作规程

Operating regulations

1. 在主机工作前，先开启油泵工作并注意油泵方向（电机逆时

针方向转动），

Before the main machine works, first open the oil pump and

pay attention to the direction of the pump (Turn the motor

counter clockwise)

使系统中的润滑油循环后，再启动主机投入运行，主机停

车后，再停油泵。

2. 稀油站在工作中应及时观察，回油管内是否有回油。当油路

不畅时及时检查滤油器，清洗或更换。

The oil station should be observed in time, whether there

is oil return in the oil return pipe, when the oil circuit is not

smooth, check in time.Check the oil filter, clean or replace

五、维护和安全技术

Maintenance and security technology

1、 齿轮油泵轴密封圈要经常检视，如有泄漏现象或损坏时，应

立即更换。

Gear oil pump shaft sealing ring should be checked

regularly,In case of leakage or damage, replace immediately.

2、 油滤器，每 3 个月拆洗一次，去除内部淤存的污垢，并根

据密封 状况予以更换。

replaced.

3、 每月对油箱中的润滑油取样化验一次，根据油质情况，确定

是否更换润滑油。
