Task 1: Have all training phase tabs on one sheet

• All sheets titled “BASIC TRAINING PHASE #” on one sheet


• “Print area” set to fit each phase on one 8.5x11 paper, landscape view

Task 2: Name and training frequency field to auto-populate phases


• “Name” field on Master Sheet to fill out all cells that say “client name”
• “Training Frequency” field on Master Sheet to fill out all cells that say “TYPE”

Task 3: Take total FMS scores on master sheet


• Each FMS screen will have a score for “left” and a score for “right” except for “Squat”
and “Push-up” which will ONLY have a “total score”
• Each score is measured as 0, 1, 2, or 3
• “Total Score” will take the lowest value between left or right

Task 4: Have FMS scores highlight certain cells in program phases


• If FMS Total Score is 0 or 1, certain cells in the programming phases need to be
highlighted yellow
• If “Squat” is 0 or 1, highlight:
o All cells that reference:

phases need to be highlighted yellow
