Middle School Construction 

Update 7‐23‐15
 What are we working on this month?
• Footers at east curtain wall are complete. 
• Interior wall masonry is ongoing.  Exterior walls for 
music rooms is ongoing. 
• Second floor masonry is ongoing at elevator and 
elsewhere. 
• Duct installation is ongoing. 
• Light gauge studs are being installed for soffits. 
• Gym trusses and ductwork painting is near completion. 
• Ceiling unit heaters in Gyms are being installed. 
• Door frames are being installed on 1st level. 
• Joists and decking installation is underway for the 3rd 
level. 
All exterior foundations are set!
6th grade hallway !
Vocal music room is taking shape !
Second floor masonry work is almost 
complete!
Gym ceiling and walls have been 
painted !
What’s next at the middle school ?
• 3rd floor decking and masonry walls
• Brick veneer near main office
• Continue to frame out the class rooms
• Installation of mechanical systems such as 
plumbing and HVAC will continue as additional 
spaces are completed
• Finishes will begin in August in main office 
area and kitchen.
High School Construction Update
What are we working on this month at 
the High School?
• Painting in corridors is almost complete in the 700 / 800 wing. 
• Corridor lighting in being installed. 
• Window replacement is ongoing. Currently finishing up in 
courtyard. 
• Ceramic tile in group restrooms is near completion on 1st level. 
• Rubber tile installation is in progress in corridors and 
classrooms on 2nd level. 
• Gypsum board ceilings and soffits being installed in corridors. 
• All sprinkler heads have been replaced throughout the 
building.
• Painting at stairwells is complete, floor tile is going in. 
Veneer of the auditorium wall is being 
repaired !
The former entrance to the A/P and

Caulking of metal panels is 
progressing! 
The 800 hallway is starting to take

The 600 wing workroom is coming

 What’s next at the High School ?
• Finish all flooring in 700 wing
• Complete ceiling tile installation and 
replacement in 700 / 800 wing
• Install technology package and network gear 
for all classrooms in 600, 700 and 800 wings
• Complete roofing work in occupied areas
• Finish window replacement in occupied areas
• Punch list walk through on 8/5/15.
