Securities and Exchange Commission of the changes in the composition or
membership of Board of Trustees and Officers of the Department of Engineering
and Public Works Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (DEPW-SLAI), a Non-Stock
Savings and Loan Association duly registered with the Securities and Exchange
Commission and under the direct supervision of the Central Bank of the Philippines.
The change in the composition was due to resignation by Mr. Vincent Y Rosales II
as Compliance Officer and Auditor of the Association.
