This judicial affidavit of Pikachuthechuchu is executed to serve her

direct testimony in the instant case

I, Pikachuthechuchu of legal age, single living in #567 Mapangaksaya street,

quezon city, witness in this case state under oath the following:

Preliminary Statement

The Person examining me is Atty. Blastoisethetorquise with office address at

B.L.T. office in 555 century tuna st. Quezon City. The examination is being
held at the same address. I am answering his questions fully conscious that I
do so under oath and may face criminal liability for false testimony and
perjury.

Purpose: This testimony of defendant is to prove that they did repair the
vehicle of Squirtletheturtle properly and was returned in good running
condition.

1. Q:Please state your name and personal circumstances for the record
A: I am pikachuthechuchu a Filipino of legal age living in #567
Mapangaksaya street, quezon city
2. Q: Do you know why you are here?
A: Yes because I am a witness of my employer in the pending case
between Squirtletheturtle and Him
3. Q: What is your job in the repair shop of the defendant
A: I am his lead mechanic sir
4. Q: Is it Correct you repaired the vehicle of Mr. Squirtletheturtle and
was returned in good condition?
A: Yes sir
 5. Q: Was the Banging sound complained of by Petitioner Present when
it was returned to him?
A: No sir it was returned in perfect condition before it was released it
was double checked by our mechanic and releasing officer
