A. Overview of Design (SUMMARY)

1. Design Standard

- The present structure of the bill is based on applying a fixed load and our hypothesis construction standard specification

⊙ reinforced concrete unit weight (R): 2400 kg / m3 (usually concrete)

⊙ mold load: 50 kg / m2

⊙ live load (working load shock loading +): 500 kg / m2

W (vertical direction in the design load)

= Dead load (R * T + mold load) + Live (T = SLAB Thickness)

2. Applicable criteria

1) the steel computed norms and commentary of the Architectural Institute of Korea

2) Concrete standard specification, base on the Ministry of Construction and Transportation

3) Hypothesis construction standard specifications, base on the Ministry of Construction and Transportation

4) Construction formwork. Shore design and construction guidelines, base on the Ministry of Construction and Transportation

*. My advice site

- Lateral load has been made for more than 2% of the dead load acts on the upper Shore

Within the site shall take appropriate measures accordingly

- Attach the installation plan to help structure calculations indicated that a typical deployment, reinforcement may be required, depending
on site conditions

The design load (LOAD)

Concrete Thickness 2.5 M

CONCRETE reinforced portion (R): 2400 Kg/m³

Mold load: 50 Kg/m²
Of the bow 500 Kg/m²
Concrete thickness (T) 2.5 m

* Total load W = (R * T) + molds + Live load (Kg / m ^ 2)

= 6550 KG/M²

* The design load W = 6,55 Ton / m²

-We made an asumption for the operation of the source, load equipment, and other lightweight concrete

It includes the construction load and shock loading of materials and tools, etc.
System Support Review

1) Figure

2) applied load (large)

Support area of 0.6 x 0.9

A = 0.54 m² per unit working load (W) 6.55 Ton

P = W x A = 0.54 m² * 6.55 Ton = 3.537Ton/set

3) Review of the holding (System Support)

Outside diameter: 60.5 mm

Socket length: 55.3 mm

Thickness: 2.6 mm

Cross-sectional area (A): 4.73 Cm2

Fy = 3.3 t / cm2

Moment of inertia (I): 19.85 Cm4

Section modulus (Z): 6.56 Cm3

Sectional secondary radius (i): 2.05 Cm

Chapter valid buckling (LK): 180 Cm

* Slenderness ratio: λ = LK / i = 87.84 * Limit slenderness: λp = 102.3

Since λ <λp: * maximum compressive stress , δCr = {1-0.4 (λ / λπ) 2} Fy = 2.326

* Buckling safety: n = 3/2 + 2/3 (λ / λp) 2 = 1.99

* Allows compression stress: δCr = fc / n = 1.17 t / cm2

* Allow buckling load: Pa = fc x A = 5.52 ton

Since 5.52 Ton > 3.537 Ton O.K !!

4) safety reviews of holding

As reviewed above, Load acting on the holding 1 set = 1.575 Ton <5.52 Ton holding allowable compressive strength. Because this data, the conclusion: it is safe with
respect to various construction conditions.
* Designers Shore allowable stress of performance, load performance test of the hypothesis

equipment shelf or accredited testing laboratory.

Consider ation safety factor of 2.5 for the performance test measurement strength.

 One part (P) per performance certificate test report P-17 maximum compressive load 94 kN = 9,212Kg.
 9,212 kg maximum compressive load,
 Pa (1 per load acting set) = 3290 kg

9212 / 3537 = 2.6 > 2.5 (safety) O.K !!

* Highway Bridge Design Standard (2005) 3.13.3 Allowable Stress

STK 500 - the thickness of the steel pipe (mm) less than 40 - 210 (Mpa) = R / at ≤ 40

R: radius of pipe (mm) of - 60.5

t: plate thickness of the steel pipe (mm) - 2.6

a: 1 + Φ / 10

 Allowable Stress 210 (Mpa) = 2,141kgf / cm2 X 4.73cm2 = 10,127 Kg

 P-17 = 10,127 kg maximum compressive load
 Pa (1 per load acting 本) = 3290 kg

10127 / 3582 = 2.86 > 2.5 (safety) O.K !!
