rooftop C&I and utility scale solar systems in 5 markets across Asia Pacific, while exploring
development opportunities in several wind projects in Vietnam. Hexagon Peak's team consists of
professionals with over 75 years of collective experience in power and solar industries.

Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Vietnam and are currently looking for
a C&I Business Development Manager – Vietnam:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 Utilise company’s established network in Vietnam to source, evaluate and negotiate C&I
Solar PV projects.
 Develop relationships with local developers, EPC companies, brokers or any other
company that could accelerate sourcing pipeline of projects.
 Manage key client accounts in Vietnam – Prepare and present proposals to clients.
 Assessment of new project opportunities, working with Singapore management and
support functions on technical and commercial appraisals.
 Standardize and negotiate Lease/Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and EPC contracts.
 Establish partnerships and JV with developers, EPC companies, Real Estate companies or
any other company that could accelerate sourcing pipeline of C&I projects.
 Obtain internal approvals for project execution & investment
 Develop best practices and tools for sourcing and evaluating projects.

YOUR SKILLS

 BSc in Engineering, Business or Economics is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

 Minimum 2 years’ experience in solar PV is preferred.
 Essential that the Business Development Manager possesses strong communication skills,
including the ability to give persuasive presentations.
 Strong understanding of energy systems, including the proper usage of components,
conventional installation and interconnection methods.
 Strong understanding of the solar regulation in Vietnam including the permitting process
of greenfield projects until COD.
 Strong network of Multinationals, large local companies and government agencies in
Vietnam.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong ability to explain complex
technical topics and systems.
 Proven ability to work and excel in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment and
to perform multiple roles and functions simultaneously.
 Experience working for an international organization strongly preferred.
