BB’s COFFEE SHOP

I. Introduction

Coffee is referred to as a bean, it is actually the seed of a piece of fruit, known as

a coffee cherry. They were termed ‘beans’, as they resemble the appearance of actual

beans. The cherries are hand picked, and the seed is separated from the fruit. There

are various methods of achieving this, with some allowing the fruit to dry first, and

others removing the seed much sooner. By varying the amount of time the fruit is

allowed to dry on the seed, these methods impact the flavor of the finished product.

College is an awakening time in a young person's life, in which they really figure out

who they want to be and what exactly they want to do with their life. Drinking coffee can

provide quick relief from drowsiness, which can be handy for teens who might be tired

after a late night of studying for an exam or a busy schedule that includes part-time

work on the weekend. Coffee’s success as a beverage undoubtedly is owing both to the

caffeine it harbors and to its sensory pleasure. Coffee lovers come to associate the

energizing lift of the caffeine with the richness and aroma of the beverage that delivers

it.

Coffee Shops has been on demand in todays generation most especially to

students who are into coffee, not only students but also professional who are a coffee

lover. A lot of students and teenagers need to have coffee in their system due to late
night works such as projects, schoolwork’s and office works. Sometimes, people also

drink coffee just to relax and bond together.

Generation Z and Millennials bringing a new wave of coffee drinkers and they’re

preference are far different from other audiences. Coffee shop industry trends show that

Gen Z and millennial consumers are showing strong preferences for anything other than

traditional coffee. They’re opting for ready-to-drink beverages, iced options, and used

options, and the use of both whiteners and sweeteners.

Various individuals including students make coffee shops their meeting points to

interact on personal and common issues. It is ideal to note that coffee is an aspect or

component for bonding as it is a reflection of friendship and togetherness among the

students and other stakeholders. Most individuals also depend on coffee for biological

reasons. These may include prevention or delaying of certain diseases (Parkinson’s

disease), elimination of rectal cancer, prevention of dizziness especially among the old

population, and elimination of certain types of diabetes. In the act of consuming coffee,

it is ideal to obtain effective and efficient services thus ability to save time and energy.

This enables students and other stakeholders from the town of reference to save

time and energy as they enjoy their favorite drink/coffee. BB’s Coffee Shop will helpn

the busy people maintain mental alertness thus highly level of focus on the issues of

concern,specially the students.

Our main goal is to make our customer feel good when they taste and when they

choose our coffee shop and will make them feel warm like perfect rays of sunshine.

With the best sort of coffee comes from the other different corner of our country, we
provide to make the most refreshing coffee. To offer exquisite tastes, from classic to

retro flavors to the most trending to all coffee lovers under one roof is our aim. With the

broad customer, we aspire to become the favorite brand of coffee in the whole North

Cotabato. At our coffee shop, we want to make our customers feels like its Sunday

morning even on a Monday where new weekdays starts.

BB’s Coffee shop wants to make best efforts to create a unique place where our

customers will be able to socialize in a relaxing and comfortable environment as they enjoy

the best brewed coffee or espresso in town. We shall engage in the business of helping our

customers overcome the stresses of everyday by providing a piece of mind through

customer services that are friendly, great ambiance, location that is convenient and high

quality products throughout our time in business.

This form of business is an unstructured business. The owners decided to divide

the capital to each and every one equally. The business consist of 2 members with their

own designated task/s with accordance to their skills and talents.

BB’s Coffee Shop is a unique place where our customers will be able to ,study,have

meeting and to relax in a cozy and comfortable environment as they enjoy the best brewed

coffee or espresso in town.

Description of the product/service

BB’s Coffee shop offers different kind of coffee such as Espresso, Black

coffe,Americano, café latte, mocha,cappuccino,frappe,iced coffee,coffee shake and the

most special of all is the BB’s choco coffee.The drinks are not just limited in coffee’s, we

also offers fresh fruit juice, fruit shake and tapioca. Other menu are

chips,fries,sandwich,salad, doughnuts and cakes.All foods are made with high quality

ingredients and processed safely.

Target market

Our target customer are students,business man,group of friends, person who

wants to be alone and of course for the coffee lovers. The customers can study,make

reports,paper works,have their meetings and for those who loves reading, they can

borrow books because we also have up to date books to read.

Area of Dispersion
The BB’s Coffee shop is located at Quezon Buolivard,Kidapawan City North

Cotabato beside Citify Enterprise.It is located at the town area because it is in

between of 8 College and High School schools which is our target market.

Competitive Edge

There is no other Coffee shop in town who has this quite and solemn place to

study and to those people who want to relax and enjoy coffee away from home.
