The area of the community is about 380 acres. And this is located adjacent to the Phoenix
Sonora Preserve Foothills. The vision of this community is to provide large home lots, office

Site Traffic
The access to the site for the traffic must be given by the Slide Rock Road. As this is the area
of the low-density residency and area will not be affected. If any other route will be selected
the result will be the inconvenience for the residents and workers of the project due to the
commercial area and heavy industrial traffic.

Temporary Facilities
Temporary Facilities will be needed for the limited time or purpose only for the construction
duration. The Temporary Facilities in the construction site will mainly consist of: buildings
(construction offices, accommodation buildings, warehouse, etc.); utilities (water and
electricity, etc.); and infrastructures (access way, and site security systems) to be used during
the construction activities. And other facilities that will be requires are as following: -
 Sanitary facilities for the workers.
 Washing facilities.
 Drinking water.
 Changing rooms and lockers.
 Facilities for rest.
 Welcome facilities and entry control.
 Site offices.
 Meeting rooms.
 Training and induction facilities.
 Wheel washing facilities.
 Site canteen.
 Off-loading facilities.
 Laydown area.
 Temporary storage and storage areas.
 Sub-contractor facilities.
 Car parking.
 Waste management and recycling facilities.

Utilities and Power

Power for construction utilities and offices

The Developer must mastermind to give electrical power and administration as required on
the site. The Developer will dependable to give any manufacturers work, for example,
digging, solid, fencing, and so on concerning dispersing power on the Site for development
works. The Developer will be dependable to assume control over the establishment and
connect for his capacity prerequisites which will incorporate and not be constrained to control
for his site workplaces, and other Developer's site workplaces, development control for
hardware, brief lighting for development and so on. All electrical stockpile frameworks will
be introduced in consistence with material neighborhood and global models.

Lighting for construction sites, utilities and offices

Electrical service for construction sites and offices
The Developer will furnish and maintain temporary electrical service for both power and
lighting. Type, quantity, wattage, amperage and voltage characteristics of temporary lighting,
power circuits and outlets will be defined and kept on site for review when requested. The
Developer will pay energy charges.

Telecommunication service for construction sites and offices

The Developer will accommodate adequate voice and information telephone lines to help the
foreseen needs of the proposed development works. An advantageous association point will
be given to limit the effect nearby coordinations. The designer is completely answerable for
all his voice, information and all correspondence prerequisites.

Radio communication for construction sites and offices


The Developer will be dependable to acquire every single required grant and licenses from
the specialists having locale before working two-route radios on the Site. Two-way radios
will be required to be utilized by the Developer's work force for wellbeing and security
purposes.

All radio hardware will be worked on a private recurrence that won't meddle with some other
nearby transmission or other gear of any kind.
