Subject : Acceptance of Single Tender for empanelment of consultant the work of

“Techno-Economic Feasibility Evaluation of Industry establishment proposals
at different Industrial Growth Centres of WBIIDC”.

Madam,

In reference to above, NIT of the above work has been invited. In the first call single bidder
participated, in the second call two bidder participated and in the 3rd call again single bidder
participated. Retender has been invited after cancellation of first and second call and decision
in this connection for cancellation first & second call has been accorded from the approval of
tender committee of WBIIDC.
Now, as per Finance Department memo no- 6989-F( Y ) dated 19th November, 2018 and
subsequent order memo no -925-F(Y) dated 14.02.2017 , revised norms for acceptance of L1/
H1 bid / Single bid when the number of qualified bidders during 2nd call is less than 3 and the
tender value is below Rs. 5.0 Lakh, Departmental Head Secretary may accept the tender in
consultation of FA of the Department.

Tender committee of WBIIDC has already accepted the single tender. Now, all relevant
documents are enclosed herewith for kind acceptance of the proposal.

If the number of qualified bidder is 1(one ) during retender, the Departmental Head
Secretary may accept the tender in consultation with the FA of the Department
