Article 2: QUALIFICATION
(1) Must be a person holding a law degree OR pursuing law under any recognised
law university.
(2) Notwithstanding any provision mentioned in the clause (1) any other person can
also apply but the approval of the membership will be on the discretion of the
committee.
(3) Notwithstanding any provision mentioned in clause (1) the final decision
For the approval of the application will be in the hand of the committee.
Article 4: RESIGNATION
(1) Any person can resign from the membership of the group through an application
to the committee so formed.
(2) Any member under clause (1) should after the start of any event must
compliance with the provisions of article (3) clause (1) before resignation.
Article 5: DECISION-MAKING
(1) The decision making of any event and the other work will be under the
committee so formed.
Article 6: COMMITTEE
(1) The first general committee of the group should be made on the first meeting of
that time present member of the group.
(2) The general committee should comprise of (a) one chief volunteer (2) two sub
volunteer (3) two coordinator volunteer.
(3) The general committee shall have tenure of 2 month only.
(4) Notwithstanding any of the provision mentioned in clause (3), the first committee
will be a permant general committee for first year of formation or as may be the
discretion of the first committee.
(5) Special committee : after the completion of 2 years through a general voting by
the members a special committee must be made which will be a permant body
above general committee, which will comprise of 3 person who has been a chief
volunteer under clause (2).
Article 9: AMENDMENTS
(1) The general committee have the power to amend any provision only after the
2/3rd majority of the members and the committee present and voting
(2) After the completion of 2 years the power of amendement will only to be
exercised by the permant committee only after the 2/3rd majority of the members
and the committee present and voting.
