Reflection
(Minimum of 3-4 sentences per question)
1. Briefly describe the field experience. What did you learn about technology coaching and technology leadership from completing this field
experience?
In this field experience, I created an artifact curating four technology tools to utilize for personalized learning. I learned that it is important to stay up to date
with research and available tools in order to effectively coach. I also learned that it is important to test out and utilize tech tools before coaching or leading
others to use them. I think it was also an effective component of the assignment to share what I made on social media.

2. How did this learning relate to the knowledge (what must you know), skills (what must you be able to do) and dispositions (attitudes, beliefs,
enthusiasm) required of a technology facilitator or technology leader? (Refer to the standards you selected above. Use the language of the PSC
standards in your answer and reflect on all 3—knowledge, skills, and dispositions.)

Knowledge – The knowledge that I needed for this field experience was expertise identifying and evaluating technology tools.

Skills - The skills that I needed for this field experience were to be able to effectively utilize and teach how to use each tech tool.

Dispositions – It is important to keep a positive attitude when introducing new tech tools. I believe teachers would be receptive to these tips as they are
immediately applicable and effective.

3. Describe how this field experience impacted school improvement, faculty development or student learning at your school. How can the impact be
assessed?
This field experience impacts faculty development because I am able to share effect tech tools with my coworkers. This will then directly affect student
learning because the teachers will utilize these highly engaging tools. Overall school improvement will be affected by the incorporation of personalized
learning.
