IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We inform you that, despite providing a signed consent, under 18 candidates may not leave the premises (either alone or
accompanied) during scheduled breaks, only at the end of the examination.

CHILDREN AGED 0 TO 10 – PICK UP AT THE END OF THE EXAMINATION


Candidates under the age of 11 will not be allowed to leave the exam premises at the end of the examination without
parents or legal guardians being present at the exam venue.

CHILDREN AGED 11 TO 17 – PICK UP AT THE END OF THE EXAMINATION


Candidates between 11 and 17 years of age will be allowed to leave the premises at the end of the examination providing
they bring a signed copy of this form.
