DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THEESE PRESENTS:

THIS DEED OF SALE, made and executed in Iligan City, Philippines AMER
DIANALAN of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Camague , Iligan City, herein after
called the VENDOR and SOHAIR DECAMPONG married to OMAIMAH H. SARIP both
of legal age, Filipino and or resident at Iligan City, herein referred as the VENDEES.

WITNESSETH THAT:

That the Vendor is absolute owner in free and simple of a parcel of Land particularly
described; containing and area of (100 sq. meter)

WHEREAS, the Vendee had offered to the SELL the parcel and the VENDEE had
agreed to see the parcel of land described and situated at the back of SULTAN OMAR
DIANALAN MOSQUE, Iligan City for the price of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos only (Php
300,000.00) pesos only , Philippine currency, the receipt where is hereby acknowledge from the
VENDORS for the entire satisfaction.

That the vendor does hereby warrant valid to and peaceful possession of the properties
herein sold and conveyed and further declares that the same in free and clear of all liens and
encumbrances of any kind of whatsoever.

IN WITNESESSE WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hand at the above
