your organization. We worked with Georen as her managers from July through
December 2019 at the Tonto Creek Camps: Chauncey Ranch, Camp Colley, and Camp
Tontozona. During our time as Georen’s supervisors, she immediately exhibited her
competence as a full time program intern and distinguished herself as an
independent worker with an inherent sense of team dynamics.

Demonstrating her capabilities as a natural leader, Georen impressed us with her
dependability and superior work ethic by both achieving and exceeding intern
program benchmarks and key performance indicators. For example, Georen
independently took initiative to improve programmatic elements, which included
updating outdoor education STEM lesson plans.

On numerous occasions, we observed Georen’s ability to promote her personal and
professional development, by implementing the constructive feedback she had
received from us or other organization supervisors. She continually sought out
opportunities for growth and leadership responsibilities. Georen exemplified these
qualities by excelling in the training with which she was provided to develop as an
intern program leader.
