Eduardo M. Afio, Secretary of the Interior and Local Government, re Presidential Directive During the 4” State of the Nation Address of the President to Clear Roads of Illegal Structures and Constructions. Secretary Afio directed Hon. Epimaco V. Densiing III, CPA, MPA, Undersecretary for Operations, to monitor the implementation of MC 2019-121 in Region VII. USEC Densing will conduct an inspection in Cebu City, Mandaue City and Lapu-Lapu City on September 30, 2019. In view hereof, you are hereby directed to provide the necessary assistance along with the members of the validation team to USEC Densing during the inspection.
