10:30 – 11:00 Part 1 Triathlon and Multi –Sport Session; Work sheets on Rules of the sport
of Triathlon , Cycling ,Duathlon ,Sportsman Ship, Ethics in Life and Sport.
Break 10 min Table Tennis , Water polo , Wii Sports , Play Station , Small goal football ,
Darts all at done here at Blue Range.
11:15 – 12:00 noon. Part 1 How to Fix my Bike/ Safety on my bike! Basics on how to change
a tube , cleaning different parts, etc. Do’s and don’t when riding.
LUNCH 12:00 am – 1:15 pm (Recreational activities during lunch: table tennis, darts, Wii
Sports, water polo, small goal football and cricket) , Darts all at done here at Blue Range.
2:00 – 3:00 pm Swimming Stroke Correction and under water video recording of kids
strokes.
NB. It is mandatory that student must be picked up on time No later than 5:00 pm and after
5pm it be considered after camp supervision.
9:30 am- 10:30 am: - MENTAL TOUGHNESS AND MOTIVATION Class Room session ,Work
sheets, Video’s etc.(Kids can share what they have been successful at!)

11:45 pm- 1:15pm: - LUNCH Table Tennis , Water polo , Wii Sports , Play Station , Small goal

1:15 pm- 3:00pm: - Basket Ball , Tennis , Swimming Water polo Diego Martin Pool and
Recreational Facility.
Please pickup kids at the Diego Martin Pool and Recreational Facility for No Later than 3:30
pm.
