TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
The purchase of any travel services offered by INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES
constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and the company, and represents your acceptance of the
Company’s Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms &
Conditions before making an actual payment. You are advised to request the latest version of the Terms &
Conditions or you may also access the latest version of the Terms & Conditions through our website.
PRODUCT PURCHASE:
Direct Purchase
Each offer has its own validity (travel period and selling dates). Be sure to check the validity for each deal;
Rates may change without prior notice.
Promo rates are not valid during weekends/peak days, special/regular/public holidays, fairs and
conventions. Regular rates may apply.
Promo rate is good for one (1) person with a minimum number of persons required to avail the promo
rate; Failure to comply leads to additional charges.
Rate is inclusive of value added tax and surcharges of INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
SERVICES
Rates are based on existing lowest-priced service for every inclusions stated, considering possible and
mandated discounts.
HOTELS/ROOMS AND FLIGHTS, ARE ALWAYS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Promo rates have limited
availability and are non-refundable but re-bookable subject to penalty fees and surcharges. Supplier’s
terms & conditions apply.
Free Airport and Tour Transfer Services are on a Seat-In-Coach basis, specified time and meeting points for
pick-up and drop-off is strictly observed.
Advance booking is required. A minimum of twenty (20) days prior to prefer travel dates and is subject for
availability.
No refund/rebooking once booked and confirmed.
Name change is strictly prohibited. Make sure to provide the accurate passenger details. Failure to do so,
penalties and surcharges may apply.
Offers cannot be purchased in conjunction with third-party certificates or discount coupons, and other
government mandated discounts (e.g. Senior Citizen and/or PWD discounts)
Indirect Purchase (Website)
Each deal has its own validity (travel period and selling dates). Be sure to check the validity for each deal;
any purchased vouchers redeemed after the selling dates are non-refundable and additional charges may
apply subject to the terms & conditions of the purchased deal.
ALL vouchers are not valid during weekends/peak days, special/regular/public holidays, fairs and
conventions.
One voucher is good for one (1) person with a minimum number of vouchers required to avail the promo
rate; Failure to comply leads to additional charges.
HOTELS/ROOMS AND FLIGHTS, ARE ALWAYS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Free Airport and Tour Transfer
Services are on a Seat-In-Coach basis, specified time and place for pick-up and drop-off is strictly observed.
Advance booking is required. A minimum of thirty (30) days prior to preferred travel dates otherwise
rebooking to a later date applies and subject to the terms & conditions of the purchased deal.
No refund/rebooking once booked and confirmed.
Voucher is transferable and can be given as a gift to family or friends given that the booking/reservation
has not been finalized yet. Buy as many vouchers as you want.

PRICE POLICY
All package rates are based on rates known at the time of publication. Package rates are per person. INSIGHT
DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES practices a "No Hidden Charge" policy.
Price is inclusive of value added tax and surcharges of INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL PHIL. Prices are
subject to change without prior notice, terms & conditions will apply.
INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES reserves the right to re-price/re-quote for any additional
fees that may have incurred (i.e. government taxes, or hotel/airline surcharges or change in rates).
PAYMENT is non-refundable and non-transferable full payment of the total package is required for INSIGHT
DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES to process the reservation for you. INSIGHT DESTINATIONS
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES accepts cash, cheques, and credit cards. Your booking is not confirmed and
payment is not deemed made until the payment is received by INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
SERVICES and you receive a statement invoice. Your reservation will likewise be automatically cancelled if the
payment required is not received within the specified period and INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
SERVICES reserves the right to apply cancellation charges if necessary. Price is guaranteed upon receipt of actual
payment.
CASH PAYMENT is highly recommended but if you wish to make a CHEQUE payment, kindly advise us of such.
Although cheque payments are honored, INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES will only
process the reservation once the cheque has been cleared. INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
SERVICES is not held liable if slots would no longer be available at the time of reservation if the cheque deposited is
late for clearing. Please bring the cheque in our Booking offices before 2PM. Please be advised that inter-bank
cheque deposits may take up to 3-5 business days.
Since all package rates at the time of publication are on cash basis, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD payments will be subjected
to convenience fees.
Please review and verify your statement invoice thoroughly and contact INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL
TRAVEL SERVICES immediately if your invoice appears to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to
make changes later. INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES cannot accept responsibility if we
are not notified of inaccuracies within 5 days of sending out the invoice. In the case of billing errors, INSIGHT
DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES reserves the right to re-invoice you with correct pricing.
INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES is not responsible for cancelled package reservations in
the event payment is not received on time. Payment in full is required at time of booking for reservations.
AIR ARRANGEMENT
All carriers are independent operators and are not owned, managed or operated by INSIGHT DESTINATIONS
INTERNATIONAL PHIL. Your airline ticket is a contract between you and the air carrier only, even if you purchased it
through INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES. By purchasing your air services through
INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES, you will not hold INSIGHT DESTINATIONS
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES Liable for any changes, disruptions, cancellations, etc. concerning the air
services you availed.
All Airlines have differing rules and policies regarding schedule changes. Due to the operational needs of each
airline, they often make changes to the flights that they are currently operating. Often these changes are a
prediction of travel needs for future dates but can also reflect same day changes. Types of changes could be: flight
number changes, time changes, routing, date changes and/or cancellations.
INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL PHIL. is not responsible if an airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight
for any reason. If you purchased air through INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES, we will try
to assist in making new arrangements providing you have not yet checked in with your airline for your first flight

segment. Please be aware airline fees often apply for modifications to air schedules not related to airline imposed
flight cancellations, reschedules or delays. These fees will be payable to the airline directly at time of request. If you
miss your departure flight or connection, it is your responsibility to work with the airline on which you are ticketed
to reach your destination.
INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES will make every attempt to notify the customer of any
schedule changes. It is always best to contact the airline to reconfirm you flights within 72 hours of departure. If an
airline has a change to any of its flights and such changes are within a 4 hour period of your original flight times, we
will notify you of such change by email/phone. We will attempt to contact you; however, due to limiting reasons
such as but not limited to beyond office hours, we are unable to get in touch with you regarding such changes. It is
always important for the customer to reconfirm their flights with the airlines 24 to 72 hours prior to departure,
especially if they are already traveling. Customers should periodically check emails or keep their phone lines open
for updates regarding flight schedules and respond in a timely manner.
If you make your own flight arrangements, INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES will not be
responsible for any loss resulting from cancellation or changes in international gateways, itineraries or travel dates.
We recommend that you do not purchase airline tickets with high penalty charges for changes.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
If you purchased air through INSIG INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES, our package is
exclusive of baggage allowance unless indicated/requested; should you decide to purchase additional baggage,
please inform us within ten (10) days after booking has been made. Otherwise, adding baggage allowance will be
on own arrangement.
FREQUENT FLYER REWARD PROGRAMS/MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES
Please note that Frequent Flyer mileage accrual/privileges is at the discretion of the airline(s) and is not always
granted for airfare purchased through INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES. You will need to
contact the airline(s) directly for information on Frequent Flyer Programs and any applicable reward mile accrual.
INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES. cannot assist with this process. Cancellation penalties,
as noted above, will apply to all airfare, regardless of accrual grants. Please take this into consideration before
purchasing an airline ticket.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
The hotel partners of INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES are intended to be used on all
departures; however hotels /rooms are not guaranteed and are always subject to availability. INSIGHT
DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES reserves the right to substitute other hotels than those listed on
the itinerary pages. If a change becomes necessary for any reason, including alternate hotels for additional
departures on the same date, or hotel location changes within or outside itinerary cities, the hotel substituted will
be of equivalent or similar class, when available, to those shown. No refunds are provided for hotel changes; full
cancellation penalties may apply. Hotel upgrades are subject to additional charges.
Sneak-in guests are considered to have no bed allocation but will share with other room guests. Breakfast, transfer,
and tours (if applicable) will still be provided. Sneak in guests are not considered as official guest. Please be advised
that sneak -in guests must not join the hotel check-in process.
Security deposits or commonly known as Incidental charges may be collected by the Hotel upon check-in and
please note that Hotel Standard Check-in time is 1pm - 2pm and standard Check-out time is 11am - 12nn however
may vary worldwide; INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES cannot control or guarantee check-
in times.

SERVICE TRANSFERS
Free Airport and Tour Transfer Services are on a Seat-In-Coach basis, specified time and place for pick-up/drop-off is
strictly observed. INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES will not be held liable for missed
services if failure to comply specified schedule/meeting point.
And IF the airline reschedules or delays a flight for any reason outside the specified time or place for pick-up and
drop-off, no free private transfers will be arranged since flight changes by the airline partner is beyond our control.
Airport transfers will be on own arrangement.
TRAVEL ITINERARY
Itineraries are always subject to change without prior notice which may be brought about by force majeure,
government mandated changes, weather conditions, flight changes, and the like. INSIGHT DESTINATIONS
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES is not responsible for any last minute itinerary change/revision impulse by the
tour operator for whatever reason they may have.
Sightseeing tours, Recreational Park visit and/or Famous Landmarks/Tourist Spot visits are provided by a separate
service provider. In the event that a Tour operator is cancelling a portion of your Travel Package, we will, at your
request, try to obtain alternative arrangements, however, we will not be responsible for the performance of the
Travel Supplier and/or for the reimbursement of money paid by you (and/or any incidental or consequential or
other damages) if the Travel Supplier fails to perform its obligations. We accept no responsibility for information
supplied to us by third parties.
During local or national holidays or special events, peak seasons, on Sundays, and during religious occasions,
certain facilities such as museums, churches, restaurants, sightseeing tours, hotels, and shopping may be limited or
not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible. INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
SERVICES cannot be held responsible for any closures, necessary itinerary changes or curtails for any reason.
Tours are conducted based on group arrangements thus specified time and place for pick-up/drop-off is strictly
observed and delays may be experienced unless stated otherwise.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Passenger Travel Documents (e-ticket, itineraries, and vouchers) are sent through email or pick-up provided full
invoice payment has been received. Other documents needed for travel, should be on own arrangement. Please
refer to the Immigration Requirement document.
If you are a government employee, you are required to secure a “Travel Order” from your Head or One of the
Presidents before travelling abroad.
If you are a DOST Scholar, you need to secure a certification or a clearance from DOST before travelling abroad.
For expectant mothers or pregnant women, you must advise of the progress upon booking and at the time of check
-in; pregnancy of 24 weeks to below 34 weeks need to secure a Fit-to-Travel clearance from the OBGYN and need
to fill-up the special handling form upon check-in. The airline does not accept the carriage of expectant mothers
with age of gestation 34 weeks and beyond.
Travelers with Medical Condition; Persons with Disabilities and Persons with Reduced Mobility need to secure a fit-
to-travel from attending physician and at least have an able person to accompany for travel.
VISA AND PASSPORT
You are responsible for obtaining and paying for all visas and entry documents, for meeting all health and other
requirements, and for any documents required by the laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the

countries you will visit. Visa and entry documents must be obtained independently. INSIGHT DESTINATIONS
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES is not responsible for providing you with specific visa and passport information
or documentation, for any fees associated with obtaining these documents, and INSIGHT DESTINATIONS
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES cannot accept liability for any passenger refused entry onto any transport or into
any country due to failure of the passenger to carry correct documentation.
All passengers travelling internationally are required to have a passport. Most countries require that the passport
be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. It is recommended you have a minimum of
three blank pages in your passport when travelling, as many countries require blank pages. Multiple-entry visas are
required for some destinations. It is your responsibility to verify all visa and passport requirements. The process of
obtaining a visa and/or passport can take up to three months or more.
For Passport Processing handled by INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES, the company shall
not be responsible in any manner for the delay on the part of the concerned office (DFA, Department of Foreign
Affairs) in processing your passport.
For Visa processing handled by INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES main responsibility is to
assist but have no role whatsoever in the assessment of a visa application, which is the sole prerogative of the Visa
Section of whichever Embassy the Visa is applied for. The company cannot guarantee instant approval for it
depends on your financial capability, credit history and the like and will not in any manner be liable or responsible
for any delay in the processing or rejection of any visa applications, once the documents have been delivered for
processing.
GOVERNMENT FEES
All rates are non-inclusive of government fees such as Philippine travel tax for international packages, international
and domestic terminal fees set forth on selected airports and on some domestic airlines, environmental fees and
other government fees implemented on selected destinations. You are responsible to pay for such charges/fees.
OTHER FEES
Fees associated during tours such as mandatory tipping fees, souvenir fees, and other tour associated fees are not
included on all packages sold by INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES The company is not
held liable for any collected/solicited fees during the tour not listed on the inclusions of the package sold. INSIGHT
DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL PHIL. makes sure to provide the information regarding necessary fees to be
collected during the trip. Any other fees or payments solicited from guests during the trip are of guest's discretion.
BOOKING CANCELLATIONS
If a booking cancellation is received by INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES prior to the date
of travel, your non -refundable deposit will be retained and a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any vacation
departure for any reason, including insufficient demand or force majeure.
In the event of natural phenomenon, force majeure, or mandated government cancellations, leading to
cancellation of flights or trips into the preferred destination, guests may not be entitled to a refund but may be able
to move their booking to a later date depending on Hotel/Pension/Resort room availability., INSIGHT
DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES only responsibility will be is to try to rebook the same reservation
with a different departure date, or a similar vacation but there is no guarantee of availability of offering.
For air-inclusive packages, INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES will try to confirm air
schedules for the selected new dates, subject to hotel/service availability. INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL
PHIL. cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs or any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation
of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made through INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL PHIL.

REVISIONS
Necessary penalty charge may apply per person for any revision made to the confirmed reservation unless the
change increases the value of booking.
Name changes are strictly prohibited. INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES is not responsible
for incorrect passenger information (Name, Title, Age, Date of Birth and Passport Details) provided by the person
who made the reservation.
Confirmed reservations are non-transferable, change to another name and/or destination is not permitted.
REFUNDS
Any purchases made through INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES are non-refundable once
booked and confirmed.
No refunds will be provided by INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES for portions of trips
missed due to cancelled, rescheduled or delayed flights or if passenger is not permitted by the Immigration
Consulate to travel after airport check-in, nor is INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES
responsible for any additional expenses you may incur prior to joining your trip if you miss your departure flight or
flight connection.
There are NO REFUNDS for unused transport, hotels and tours. In case you have to withdraw from tour after it has
begun due to medical reasons, we regret that we will not be able to make any refund for absences from the tour.

In the event of natural phenomenon, force majeure, or mandated government cancellations, leading to
cancellation of flights or trips into the preferred destination, guests may not be entitled to a refund but may be able

DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES only responsibility will be is to try to rebook the same reservation
with a different departure date, or a similar vacation but there is no guarantee of availability of offering.
For Pre-booking Status Reservations; if you wish to cancel and have your payment refunded, a cancellation fee of
5% will be deducted from the whole amount. Refund option will only be made available once all options have been
exhausted a month prior to the initial travel date agreed upon reservation. Refunds will usually take 60-90 business
days depending on the approval of the Finance Head.
PARTICIPATION
For the benefit of everyone on your vacation, INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES reserves
the right to accept or reject any vacation participant and to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed
incompatible with the interests of the other participants. INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL PHIL. will not
refund or cover any cost or expenses incurred for termination of vacation arrangements due to unacceptable
behavior.
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE (Disabled, Elderly, Expectant Mothers, etc):
You must report any disability requiring special attention to INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
SERVICES at the time the reservation is made. INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES will make
reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of travelers needing special assistance, but is not
responsible in the event it is unable to do so nor responsible for any denial of services by air carriers, hotels,
restaurants, or other independent suppliers. INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES cannot
provide individual assistance to a guest for walking, dining, getting on and off transport vehicles, or other personal
needs. INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES strongly recommends a qualified and physically
able companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance. All travelers with INSIGHT DESTINATIONS
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES are subject to the Participation clause above.

Not all sightseeing stops/sites accommodate wheelchairs and some locations and sightseeing activities require
extensive standing, sitting or walking, sometimes on unpaved or cobblestone streets. INSIGHT DESTINATIONS
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES is not responsible for any missed activities due to a participant's inability to
participate with the group.
YOUNG TRAVELLERS
Travelers who are under 18 years old on the departure date must be declared upon reservation and should be
accompanied by an adult (a parent or a guardian with financial support to the minor) all throughout the vacation.
Otherwise, young traveler need to secure a Travel Clearance on own arrangement, and may call their respective
Social Welfare office to secure such document.
Legal Guardians, Single parents or either of the parents accompanying the young traveler need to secure the
proper documents needed for travel on own arrangement.
Young traveler discounts apply to INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES, to receive the young
traveler's discount, the age of the young traveler entitled for discount differ per destination and must qualify at
commencement of services depending on the travel package availed.
Infants less than sixteen (16) days old are not permitted to travel.
SAFETY
Please be aware that during your participation in vacations booked by INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL
TRAVEL SERVICES, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control, including but not limited to: the hazards
of traveling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, or other means of transportation;
forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; and accident or illness in remote regions without
means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES will not
have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. While INSIGHT
DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are
taken, by agreeing to participate in a vacation and/or optional excursions you agree that you will hold INSIGHT
DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES harmless regarding any provision of medical care or the
adequacy of any care rendered. INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES is not responsible for
such risks and dangers that may arise beyond our control. Payment indicates you accept these risks and dangers
and agree to hold INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES harmless for such.
OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS & ACTIVITIES
Optional activities and excursions ("the Services") that are provided by local operators or other third parties that
are entirely independent of INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES and do not form any part of
the product or services sold to you by INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES or of these Terms
& Conditions, even where INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES suggests particular
operators/other third parties and/or assists you in booking such optional activities or excursions. Your contract for
such Services will be with the organizer or operator of that Service and will be subject to its Terms & Conditions,

Any intent of availing an optional activity or excursion to be/have been booked separately from INSIGHT
DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES should be stated or declared so that the best time to have them
can be advised. Itineraries provided by INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES are always
subject to necessary changes because of factors such as but not limited to lesser number of persons required to
run the tour, cancellations, bad weather, force majeure, labor strikes, etc. These changes may affect other tours and
excursions separately booked without the knowledge of INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES.
Any liabilities whatsoever shall not be made imposable upon INSIGHT DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
SERVICES in the event that guests will not be able to advise us of their intent to book other optional activities or

distribute travel products and arrange for the vacation services offered on the web site or on any social media.

and package services and accommodations, including air transportation, lodging, and car rental (each a "Travel

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES nor any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors or
employees, shall be held liable for:
a) Any loss of or damage to property or injury to any person caused by reason of any defect, negligence, or other
wrongful act of omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind by any other transportation company, vendor,
or supplier;
b) Any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress or other similar matter;
c) Any delayed departure, missed connections, substitutions of accommodations, terminations of service, or

changes in fares and rates;
d) Any cancellation or double booking of reservations or tickets beyond the reasonable control of INSIGHT
DESTINATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SERVICES
e) Any claim of any nature arising out of or in connection with air or other transportation, services, or other
features performed or occurring in connection with any package component; and
f.) Any products or goods bought while on travel deemed fake and not authentic. We encourage our customers to
be cautious and to shop wisely.
