I am requesting for the procurement of Information, Education and Communication (IEC) Materials
for Disaster Risk Reduction Management (DRRM) & Climate Change Adaptation(CCA).
In this connection, I would like to request your good office to change the Procurement Mode of our
Purchase Request (PR) for the worth Php 26, 720.00 for the reason that we might not be able to
conduct the said activity on the target date because of time constraint.
