Task: Find a service, mention what are the most effective marketing mix.

Garuda Indonesia (Airlines):


For me, the most effective marketing mix are product and price.
- Product: Products are about the quality, brand name, packaging, and services. The
product needs to meet a want or need of customers, it is mean that as a entrepreneurs
must be smart to create a service product in order to satisfy the customer. Whatever the
price, if customers really needs and want to use the service product, customers will be
paid for the services product. It is occurs to Garuda Indonesia as one of flight services.
Most people know that Garuda Indonesia is famous as exclusive airlines, because of the
quality of services, top brand airlines and have lots of facilities. For their loyalty
customer, if they wants to have a flight, they will always use Garuda Indonesia as the
airlines.
- Price: To determine price, we must look about the cost of operation. Every
entrepreneurs do not want to have loss. So the price of service product must be higher
than the operational cost. Most of people wants to buy product with affordable price. So,
the services product company should think to minimize the cost in order to get maximum
profit. Garuda Indonesia airlines set the premium price consider of the services product
that they provided, as the hospitality, flight seats, and also food. But they loyalty
customer will paid no matter how much the price.

Promotion and Place also still needed to how the marketers of service product
convenience prospectus buyers to use the service product and the location is important things,
but for me when people think the service product have good reputation, customers willing to pay
for that and come to the place of services product. But nowadays internet offer advantages to
customer to access to buy the service product. So, this is why product and price are the most
effective marketing mix.
