Social media plays a vital role in our lives today. Social media includes WhatsApp, Facebook
and so on. The reason why social media come because in olden days there is no communication
between people-people that makes people suffer a lot. Social media becomes famous due to a lot of
technologies improved behind it.

There are lots of issues on both positive and negative. Social media makes human interaction
best and faster. Increased use of social media can lead to poor sleeping patterns. There are many
views available to read and understand properly to conclude.

There is a mixed bag on both positive and negative situations and a person can know the good
and bad effects so that they can balance their life. We have millions of users around the world that
use social media on day to day basis. It does have a lot of importance and advantages but also brings
with it some hazards.

COUNSELLING HELPS STUDENT TO TAKE PROPER DECISIONS IN THEIR CAREER

Counselling Plays a Vital Role in our lives today. There are a lot of counselling centres in India.
It uses media like telephone, internet, but most preferably by face-to-face in an appropriate venue
that is comfortable to the client. Motivating people is like most students they can reach the goal that
means they design a path for their success.

There are a lot of issues on both positive and negative. Positive Counselling helps students to
get into higher positions. Counsellor can motivate the client in making effective changes and create
personal growth in the client’s life. But in over counselling student may take each situation seriously
lead to risk in his life.

So finally it has a mixed bag of both good and bad. The Counsellor can motivate the student
according to the life history of a person can act in future in the right way and can balance both good
and bad situations.

CONFIDENCE IS PERSON MOST IMPORTANT QUALITY

Confidence is one of the best quality in each person. The meaning is to have trust in us. We
can say that it is the first key to success that plays a vital role in person’s life to achieve a higher
position. It is the most important aspect for everyone to do something. The best way to gain self-
confidence is to look deep inside of you.

It makes us face any challenge without any fear. If we are not confident, we tend to think
negatively. We can say that self-confident people are more successful, and can achieve their goals
faster. Sometimes lack of this quality leads to fear even the person has a lot of knowledge he may to
lead failure. We can see live examples in our life who faces.

Finally, we can say that confidence is believing in ourselves, so start believing in yourself and
do act on that belief automatically the success will be our side.
 IN SCHOOLS THERE SHOULD BE FIXED UNIFORMS FOR TEACHERS

The word uniform itself tells the strength and unity. It plays a vital role in our lives today.
Uniform for all the students to show that all are equal, and no one is separate. It is the symbol for the
school which means that they all belong to a particular race. School uniforms help in saving parents
money since they are cost effective.

There are a lot of benefits in wearing a uniform that treats all people in the same way, so that
it eliminates the difference between rich and poor. Students feel bad by other students when they
can’t dress as they dress. It helps school students to be more good.

So finally we can conclude that teachers also have to wear a uniform which gives more
integrity to their school. So teachers should wear which reflects the identity that they all belong to
one particular school that even increases the fame of the school.

WE CAN’T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER

We people think that we can judge a person just by the outer appearance of that person like
by the way of their dressing, way of eating, etc we cannot judge a person by these factors.

We can’t decide a person’s character by seeing them for the first time its not the correct way
to judge a person. So we don’t have the right to say that a person is good or bad in our first look. In
the same meaning, we can’t judge a book by the cover here the cover is just a title or name of the
book with attracting pictures, colourful letters but inside the book, the content may be different.

So the originality of the book a person comes from their inner side. Finally, we have to
determine a person a book or a thing by looking at its inner side.

THEORETICAL EDUCATION Vs PRACTICAL EDUCATION

Practical knowledge is different from theoretical knowledge. By reading a book, we can

effectively gain theoretical knowledge. Both are important but practical knowledge, Is a little bit more
important than theory because practical knowledge is real-time practice. By practical knowledge, we
will get to know how to do. Theoretical knowledge gives us basic knowledge. By theoretical
knowledge, we will get to know what to do. Both are dependent on each other. For example, students
from engineering and medical fields need more practical knowledge so that they can achieve their
goals fast. One should have both of them. Finally, both have significant roles, but one should never
neglect theoretical knowledge and give more importance to practical knowledge comparatively. If one
learns something theoretically and gets to know that practically at the same time, he will remember
that for a longer time. The person who can balance both will lead to a successful life.
 WORK LIFE BALANCE IS AN IMPORTANT PART IN AN INDIVIDUALS WORK LIFE

In this present world, everyone is running after money and work but losing their personal life.
Having wealth and fame is satisfactory, but psychological happiness had to be given some priority.
Spending some time with our loved ones will give us extra energy to work.

Nowadays people are not even able to handle anger and stress. Many of the relations are
being collapsed just for giving time for work, but not for one's personal life. There is a lot to be
achieved in one's individual life. Every person has to work hard for life as well as family. Humans are
meant to be social animals but they have also their own life.

Finally, I would like to conclude that one should have control and balance over his work
and personal life. If he can do that, he can take control of his external world.

HONESTY IS AN UNDERRATED QUALITY

Yes, honesty is an underrated quality. By the term underrated we mean something which is
less appreciated or valued. From childhood, a person is taught to be honest, disciplined, and
sympathetic. These should be basic properties a human should possess. So, honesty should be
appreciated and valued. Being a truthful person is like being awarded throughout life by the dear ones
as well as nature. Honesty is the tool of living a precious life gifted by God to humans. In this society,
it is underrated for some reasons. It can be due to the seriousness in the matter, and the opposite
person cannot take his flaws, and lack of a healthy environment, and many more. Honesty gives us
the power to handle any bad situations in life as people around us trust us and be with us. The place
where integrity rewarded will be the best place to work. So, let us all be in situations where honesty
regarded as the best policy and morality.

PEER PREASURE IN YOUNGSTERS

Peer pressure is a direct influence on people by their peers. It is also known as social pressure.
Now a days, youngsters have a lot of pressure because of their careers. So, youngsters are feeling
stressed by thinking about their future. Peers influence youngsters by spending time with them.
Because of squints, they are confusing what to do what not to do. Youngsters are not doing what they
want because of social pressure. Not only social pressure, even though parents are influencing them
to listen to their peers. Teens are sacrificing their careers, and they are adjusting to do what they don't
like. Some of the youngsters can't adjust, and they are feeling very stressed. So, they are mentally
becoming very week, and they are getting horrible thoughts to get suicide. The negatives of peer
pressure influencing the youth to move in the wrong direction like alcohol addiction, a distraction
from work. We have to work together for this and let change the mindset of people.
 TIME AND TIDE WAIT FOR NONE

Time has to be given utmost importance in our life. Time doesn't stop ticking for anyone even
once. Similarly, tide happens all the time and whenever it has to be happening. Time and tide don't
stop, so the time has to be used effectively and efficiently for the sake of our lives. The fact must be
considered that Time and tide are endless and time won't give us a second chance, so the time must
be used in the right moment and at the right chance as time doesn't come back. One must consider
time vulnerable and keep important tasks and try to achieve them in a certain amount of time. So time
shouldn't be wasted in an idle manner. All planned things and duties must be completed as planned
and shouldn't be postponed in a way where there will be waste of time.

CHANGE IS THE ONLY CONSTANT

The Indian government or state government should pass a rule that every teacher must wear
a uniform. Bypassing, the rule teachers will have a unique identity just like school children. So by
maintaining uniform code to the teachers, they can spend their income on other purposes. By seeing
their teachers in uniform students will also come to school in uniform. As there are different schools
in India, so if teachers have a fixed dress, they will be unique. By having the code, they will also gain
some dignified look and respect on their job as well as students will also give respect to the teachers.
They obtain new expectations from the rule. By wearing, they show some unity. Uniforms can also
represent a symbol of their schools. So I conclude that teachers should have a uniform dress code to
have new energy in teachers and the students as well.
