Reviewer's Comments

Reviewer 1 Dear Author.

Thank you for your hard wokr to modify of the article.
However, this work still has vacancies to clear for publishing in JWJ.
Please modify again with follow reviewers comments.
Thanks.

Reviewer 2 The authors are deserved to be applauded for the whole efforts on this revision.

---------------------------------------

[Major comments]
[1] Text structure requires revision.
[1-1] Numbering order should be kept clearly as below (for example);
4. Effects of individual process parameters on welding
4.1. Pulsed power source parameters influencing weld bead properties
4.1.1. Peak Current
4.1.1.1. Effect of peak Current on weld bead geometry
4.1.1.2. Effect of peak current on mechanical properties
4.1.1.3. Effect of peak current on metallurgical properties.
4.1.2. Pulse frequency
4.1.2.1. Effect of pulse frequency on bead geometry

4.2. Hot wire parameters …

4.3. T-Tig welding…

[1-2] Text fonts and size should be unified. Bolded word should be changed to normal
word.
[1-3, Recommendation 1] How about categorizing the 3rd titles according to the
resultant properties?
In the text, each effect of input parameters (peak current, pulse frequency, duty cycle
and base current) were categorized on the resultant properties (weld bead geometry,
mechanical properties, metallurgical properties).
Now, it is recommended that the 3rd titles (4.1.1, 4.1.2, 4.1.3 …) were set as the
resultant properties (weld bead geometry, mechanical properties, metallurgical
properties) and followed by every input parameters with the statements of each
effects.
It would make it more simple and clear.
[1-4, Suggestion 1]
If all contents discussed on peak current effect on welding (chap. 4.1) could be
summarized as Table 6, it would be absolutely helpful for readers to understand
clearly.

[2] A lot of errors in English grammar or uncertain statements. Below lists are just
examples, and the authors are strongly recommended to improve the manuscript by
revising thoroughly in accordance with technical English writing.

aspects.)

Eq.(3) are same, unify the symbols as “Greek rho” or “R”.

Longer, stick out -> stick-out-length
