PROCEDURE

a. Combine chicken, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce ,vetsin in a bowl

b. Heat oil in a separate pan

c. Let the chicken simmer for 20 to 30 minutes

d. Serve and enjoy.

PROCEDURE

a. Melt the butter or fat in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat.
Whisk flour into fat.

b. Whisk in 1/2 cup drippings until smooth. Whisk in another half cup

c. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 1 minute

d. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve. Serve warm.
