company needs to follow -:

 Land – A non Himachli entrepreneur cannot buy a agriculturist land in HP (Non Himachali Cannot buy
a land in HP). But according to “section 118” of Himachal Land and development a Non Himachli can
buy a normal land which is under municipal corporation of Himachal Pradesh by providing an
application to the municipal corporation department duly signed and approved by the the toruism
department of HP with the demand draft of the allocation price of the land.
 Electricity Department – every single resort of ours would be having a separate electricity connection
of single phase. The process for applying the new electricity connection we can apply the connection
online we can pay the amount and the application fees online.

FSSAI – Food Safety and standards Authority of India. It is mandatory for all the food
providers to have this license. Documents Required
The below listed are the documents required to be enclosed while applying
for a new license, conversion, renewal of license and modification of license.

 Form B to be filled and signed by the applicant.

 The layout of the processing unit showing the dimensions in metres
and operation- wise area allocation. (Mandatory only for manufacturing
and processing units)
 List of Directors/ partners/ proprietor/ executive members of society/
trust with full address and contact details (Mandatory only for
Companies).
 Name and record of equipment and machinery along with the number,
installed capacity and horsepower used (Mandatory only for
manufacturing and processing units)
 Identity and address proof issued by the government authority of
proprietor/ Partners/ directors/ authorised signatory.
 List of Food types desired to be manufactured.
 Authority letter with the name and address of responsible person
nominated by the manufacturer along with alternative responsible
person indicating the powers vested with them by assisting the
officers in inspections, a collection of samples, packing and dispatch.
 Analysis report of water to be used as an ingredient in food from a
recognised or public health laboratory to confirm the portability.
 Proof of possession of premises.
 Partnership deed or self-declaration of proprietorship.
 Copy of certificate obtained under the Coop Act, 1861.
  NOC and proof of the license from the manufacturer.
 Food safety management system plan or certificate.

 Fire Safety Permit - It is necessary to get a  fire safety certificate from the

Fire Department for operating a hotel business. It is one of the hotel business
food licenses. Fire safety certificate is given to those premises which have
to subsume upto the mark fire prevention and fire safety measures as per the
relevant fire safety rules and regulations

ESI Registration
ESI is the autonomous corporation functional under the Ministry of Labour and Employment,
Government of India. This is also a hotel business license. Registration with Employee’s
State Insurance is necessary for business in India which hires 10 or more employees. To
sustain in accordance with the ESI norms, the employer has to contribute 4.75% of the
wages of all those employees earning Rs.15,000 or less toward ESI employer dues.  It is
necessary for the employee to contribute 1.75% of his/her wages as ESI dues.

PF Registration
An Employee Provident Fund (PF) Registration is required for any establishment that
employs more than 20 persons in India. The PF Board administers a contributory provident
fund, pension scheme and an insurance scheme for the workforce engaged in the
organized sector in India.
