Receipt of money paid

1. Number 2 acknowledge that I received thirty-six (36) pieces of checks each amounting
15,000.00 pesos (original gross amount 18,947.26 but subject to applicable tax, please
refer to section 2 of Annex 1), issued by ________________ dated monthly or every 30th
of the month from 30 July 2019 to 30 June 2022 the total amount being 540,000.00
(applicable tax already deducted).

2. That by receiving the above amount, I promise to comply with the Contract of Lease
previously entered by _______________ and _______________.

3. That as the new owner of the property with Title N-__________ and Doc. No. _______, I
will assume all the duties and responsibilities of a Lessor under the Contract of Lease
(Annex 1) and divest ______________, the previous owner, of said duties and
responsibilities.
