SUBJECT: OVERNIGHT EXCLUSIVE ACCOMMODATION

Dear Ms. Rachel,

In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to quote the following:

An exclusive overnight accommodation with a maximum of Three Hundred (300) persons,

scheduled on April 18 – 19, 2019 (Holy Thursday and Good Friday) without foods.

This proposal includes the use of the following: (Except Johndel Information, Johndel
Restaurant and Room #10).

1. Forty Nine (49) Rooms (Rm. #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #7, #8, #9, #10B, #12,
#12B, #14, #21, #22, #23, #24, #25, #26, #27, #28, #201, #202, #203, #204,
#206, #207, #208, #209, #31, #32, #33, #34, #35, #36, #37, BH #1, BH #2,
BH #3, BH #4, BH #7, BH #8, BH #9, BH #10, Cottage #1 and Cottage #2
with air-conditioned, cable TV, hot and cold shower and personal refrigerator
including Thirty Three (33) Extra Mattress with pillows and blankets.
(Please refer attached “Room Capacity”).
2. Nine (9) Cubicle Tents with tables and chairs, Eleven (11) Anahaw Sheds with
tables and chairs, Twenty Six (26) Fixed Tables with chairs, Three Cogon
Sheds with tables and chairs and (3) Sawali Rooms.
3. Function Hall with air-conditioned, sound system, VGA projector and Wi-Fi.
4. Exclusive use of Swimming Pool from 9:00 am to 12:00 midnight. (Please
observed pool rules and regulation attached), open showers, communal
comfort rooms, grill and wash area and a wide parking lot for free. Corkage
for foods and beverages are free.
5. Standard check-in time: 2:00 pm and standard check out time: the following day
at 12:00 noon.

This is on a packaged deal basis with a total consideration amounting Three Hundred Twenty
Thousand Pesos (Php 320,000.00) for accommodation only.

Validity: 10 day

Terms of Payment: Fifty percent (50%) down payment upon confirmation and the balance
of fifty percent (50%) will be paid in full on the first day of
accommodation.
