INFORMATION

The undersigned City Prosecutor accuses JOHN DOE, a resident of Brgy. Suarez, Iligan
City, Philippines of the crime of Murder, defined and penalized under Article 249 in
relation to Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:

That on the 223rd of January, 2019, in the City of Iligan, Northern Mindanao
Region, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, accused JOHN
DOE, did then and there, willfully, unlawfully and feloniously murdered the person of
PORPHYRIA SAAVEDRA by using the victims hair as a constriction ligature to its
neck that causes the victim to suffer subpleural petechial hemorrhages that
leads to her death.
That the crime was attended by an aggravating circumstance of obvious
ungratefulness, accused that JOHN DOE murdered PORPHYRIA SAAVEDRA .
