• Check the brake gap.

• Check pulley condition.

• Check pins & split pins.

• Check hook latch.

• Check clean air filter ( if any ).

• Check wire rope condition.

• Check wire rope lubrication.

1-2 HYDRAULIC / PNEUMATIC EQUIPMENT

• Visual inspection of the hoses.

• Check hydraulic pumps & motor noise.

• Check hydraulic fittings & mechanism.

• Check cylinder brake condition.

• Check oil leakage.

• Check pulley blocks.

• Check pins & split pins of pivoting arms.

• Check swivel of fixed piont at jib nose.

• Check wire rope lubrication & reeving.

• Check wire rope tension

• Check the automatic locking device for 2-/4/fall.

• Check trolley carriage rollers

2-1 MAIN CIRCUIT BREAKER
• Check breaker condition.
• Check tripping device.
• Tightening of connection.
2-2 VOLTAGE
• Check the value of main supply voltage
( with and without load )
2-3 EARTHING
• Tightening of connection.
2-4 CONTACTORS & COIL
• Check coil resistance.
• Check / cleaning contact point.
• Tightening of connection.
• Check control cable & covers condition
2-5 MOTORS & CONTROLS
• Check insulation resistance of all motors ( use megger ).
• Check electronic block condition ( PCB ).
• Clean / check control sockets
• Check / tightening of connection.
• Check dead man & cooling fans condition
• Check motors carbon brushes ( If any )
• Check motor braking resistors ( Visual only )
• Check brake disc condition
2-6 LIMIT SWITCHES
• Check all limit switches condition & adjustment
2-7 HYDRAULIC / PNEUMATIC EQUIPMENT
• Visual inspection of hoses.
• Check hydraulic pumps & motor noise.
• Check hydraulic fittings & mechanism.
• Check cylinder brake condition.
• Check oil leakage.
