Profile:
Executive Trainee/Management Trainee will run through a robust training in multiple functional and cross-functional
stints for duration of 12 months. We are looking for candidates with an outgoing personality and approachable
demeanor which will help them build successful relationships with both customers and employees.
Trainees should be prepared for flexible work timings and should be willing to work on weekends and holidays as and
when required especially during our peak months from February to June. During your stint as a trainee you may be
transferred one or more times to centers in different locations and you will be expected to adapt to these changes
quickly and easily and perform well at the same time.

1. Executive Trainee / Management Trainee– Sales & Marketing

5. To speak with aspiring students/parents and give them the right career options for courses.
6. To convince students and their parents and be able to generate the interest towards education

1. Development of Existing and New Study Material as per Exam Curriculum and conducting

excel in the top entrance exam for various products of PRATHAM.
2. Development of New Modules or New Products for various sessions.
3. Conducting regular sessions in schools, other education tie-ups and other forums addressing
large gathering of students and/or parents providing information like “career option after Class
12th”while effectively pitching brand PRATHAM.
4. Researching and developing learning objectives and study material for Undergraduate Entrances.
5. Analysing trends and patterns of previous year exam papers and ensuring all training modules
such as in-class assignments, practice papers and full-length mock papers are in line with the ever
evolving Entrance examination patterns and structures.
6. Regularly interacting with other internal team members and external faculty members to ensure
consistency in imparting the curriculum.

1. Responsible to develop and maintain good rapport with existing school contacts and create new

2. Responsible for relationship maintenance through repeat visits and calls to school contacts to be able
to capitalize on any new opportunity that arises which will help us to develop new projects in schools.
3. Responsible to achieve revenue and no. targets set for conducting sessions and selling existing products
in schools.
4. Responsible for organising and executing events in schools.
5. Providing counselling /lead generation support to the centres when not visiting schools.
6. Liasoning with teachers to form tie-ups for generating student reference for all existing products

Major Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for revenue generation of the assigned center by driving sales through inbound
and outbound calls and one to one counselling of prospective students/parents.
2. Responsible for conversions from data collected from seminars and events.
3. Responsible for following up on data assigned for sales and other related task to achieve the
targets assigned.
4. Responsible for marketing activities comprising of ATL, BTL & promotion campaigns and
