REQUIREMENTS

 The applicant/s must be bona fide student or Alumni of Philippine School of Business
Administration, Q.C.
 Applicants must submit complete requirments including accomplished registration form
with 1x1 picture, photocopy of registration card (for current enrollees), and any proof that
you are a graduate of PSBA (for Alumni). The registration form is available at the
Student Council Office
 Complete requirments should be submitted on or before 5:00 pm of FERUARY 14 2020
at the Student Council Office.

I. MECHANICS & GUIDELINES

A. The Game
 Dodge ball is a Minor Game in the Sports Fest 2020.
 The game will be played by a Team, composing of 6 members
 Gameplay will be of single elimination(s).

B. The organizational structure of the game

 The supporting staffs, who are bona fide students of PSBA- QC and non -participating
individuals are to be provided by the 34th Student Council.

C. Rules and Regulation

 Stepping or crossing beyond the line is not allowed
 Both teams must be within the line before the game starts

D. The Location of the Play-offs

 Play-offs will be located at the PSBA-Qc Freedom square however, it may
be changed depending on the decision of the 34th Student Council officers
and the event head.

E. The Game Schedule

 The changes, re-scheduling, swapping, and/or delay of any match due to certain
conditions, fortuitous or otherwise, will only be held under the advice, supervision, and
provision of the 34th student council and the head of the said sport

II. REQUIRMENTS AN EQUIPMENT

A. Requirements
 The documents and other requirments needed for a player to be allowed to play during
the game will be based on the general rules of the Sport Fest 2020.
 A team is required to have a minimum of 6 players including the Captain Ball of the
team.

B. Provided Equipment
 The official equipments or materials that will be provided by the 34th student council are
as follows:
a. Balls
b. Timer
c. Score sheets
 Any replacement of any equipment of the game done by the 34th student council will be
marked official.
 Official equipment will not be allowed to be borrowed during during the official play-
offs.
 The person and/or group who have been proven to cause loss and/or damage(s) on the
official equipment bieng used for the game will be liable for the replacement and/or just
payment.

III. GAME CONDITIONS

A. Defaulting time

 The 33rd Student Council will be providing fifteen (15) minutes grace
period before announcing the default of a player. (please refer of the

B. Attire
 No player/players are allowed to enter the court without wearing any footwear.

 A player that has long hair is required to tie/braid his/her hair before the start of a new
game.
 The 34th student council discourages wearing of any accessories during the game and will
not be liable in any lost or damage of any personal belongings.
C. Players
 Players’ attendance and legitimacy are to be checked first before the game.
 Those who failed to register shall not be allowed to complete.
 Registered reserved player is allowed to substitute in the absence of the main player.

E. Deductions and Disqualification

 The general rules for deduction and disqualification provided by the 34th Student Council
will be followed before, during and after the game.
 If a team fails to arrive within the given grace period, they will be disqualified and the
opposing team provided the latter is present and has arrived on time, will be announced
as the winner by default.
 A player that steps or crosses the line will be considered disqualified.
 If both team fails to arrive within their given grace period, both of the team will be
disqualified.
 A verbal warning will be given for the first disobedience of the player on any of the rules
and regulations. However, a deduction would take place on the second time of
disobedience by the player.
 Any deductions made by the 34th Student Council are official and irrevocable once
announced.

IV. GAME LEGALITIES

A. The winner of the match shall be announced by the referee right after each and every

B. The team leaders and the game officials are obliged to sign on the official score sheet
right after the game.

C. Each organization must give the contact numbers of the players and person in charge to
the Student Councils.
D. Pointing System
 The pointing system which will be applied to the overall score of the winning
organizations shall be:
First Place - 20 points
Second Place - 15 points
Third Place - 10 point
 Each participating organizations, excluding the winning organization shall receive five (5)
points for their participation.

*Players who fail to comply on or before February 14 2020 at 5:00 pm are subject to disqualifications
