Rootel Investment Service is a registered fund

investment company that began in August 2014 with
eight people who believed they could manage funds for
investors in a way that would yield sustainable returns
through real estate, stocks, shares, bonds, agriculture
and cannabidiol (CBD) trading.

 The major part of their investment goes to
cannabidiol (CBD) trading and they are on their way to
becoming the Amazon of the cannabidiol (CBD) industry
which will turn into a billion-dollar industry soon.

Over the past 5 years, Rootel Investment Service

has evolved from an eight-person startup to a global
company who’s trusted to manage more investment
portfolios than any other investment manager. The past

five years have shown our commitment to our platform,
our people and our technology so that we can continue
to deliver long-term value for our investors.

In 2017, we got our bank license and by the end of

that year, our firm had $2 million in funds under
management due to our strengthening relationships with
global institutions.

We originally accept only corporate investors but

after recognizing the opportunity to bring transparency,
scale and innovation to fund management for the
broader industry, we started a public bid and campaign
on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and
Telegram in September 2019 for private investors to
come and invest their funds for management and profit-
making.

 Given the changing wealth management landscape,
we focus on providing portfolio investment management
expertise to investors by leveraging our diverse platform
and portfolio management technology.

Rootel Investment Service increases its output and

commitment to investment stewardship by emphasizing
the importance of purpose to long-term profitability.
Through this work and the overall dedication to
investment stewardship over the past five years, we go
beyond proxy voting to engage with individuals and
companies to drive long-term and sustainable financial
performance.

As a step for us to focus our role in the retirement

crisis, we will be launching Rootel Retirement Solutions
Group by the end of 2020. With two-thirds of the funds
we manage related to retirement, this new initiative will

be formed to explore innovative solutions to the most
pressing retirement challenges all over the world.

• All investments and earnings are calculated in USD

and are converted to the appropriate payment method
to suit the investor when withdrawal is being made.

• You can start on any date of the month.

• 100 USD minimum amount to start, no other limits.

This means that there is just one plan with a minimum
investment of 100 USD and you earn 10% weekly
irrespective of any amount you invest.

• We will send you a confirmation email once your

deposit has been completed.

• It is recommended that you download our Contract

Document alongside this document from our website to
have a documented contract with us. You need to print 2
copies of the Contract Document, fill and sign both, then

scan one of the filled and signed one and send to
contract@rootel.com for documentation.

• A withdrawal fee of 5% of the withdrawal amount is

charged during each withdrawal.

• You have options of bitcoin and bank transfer to

make a deposit. Before making a deposit through bank
transfer, you have to get the correct bank transfer details
from your back office and then email a screenshot of the
payment slip to finance@rootel.com once payment has
been done so your account can be updated.

1. What is the historical performance of Rootel

Investment Service?

We started trading stock, investing in real estate

and agriculture in 2014 with success but unperfected.
After several variations of our strategy over the years, we
honed in on what worked and added cannabidiol (CBD)
trading to our investment portfolio in July 2018. We then
fine-tuned our system bringing our success rate to up to
85% or more (depending on the time of year). We are
monitoring our system daily to make sure it’s at its best
potential so we can make consistent and sustainable
returns for our investors.

Service?

Yes, for now but the real money is having your own
account with us and earning profits on the amount
invested.

2. How does Rootel Investment Service determine the

portfolio to invest on at a particular time?

Our algorithm determines which portfolio to

invest on at any particular time. We let our personal
trading and investment strategy do what it does and see
great results.

3. What is the best way for me to earn and make this

my number one income?

Pick your goal and maintain it. Start with a small

amount and train your emotions to shut off. If you earn
with 100 USD, you can earn at the same rate with

100,000 USD but you have to train your emotions to stay
in check no matter the amount invested.

4. Can I make additional deposit to my Rootel

Investment Service account anytime?

Yes, you can add funds to your account but the

funds will be added to your existing balance.

5. How can I withdraw my funds from Rootel

Investment Service?

Withdrawal can be made at any time and day of the

week on the website. You can withdraw on the platform
by accessing the withdrawal option on the website and
filling out the withdrawal request form. After sending the
withdrawal request, it is processed instantly through
bitcoin.
