    By virtue of the powers vested upon me by PD 198, as amended, you are hereby appointed as
    member of the Masbate-Mobo Water District Board of Directors effective November 7, 2018
    until December 31, 2018 for the unexpired term of the Professional Sector.

    As such, your compensation shall be in accordance with Section 13, Chapter III, Title II of the
    aforementioned law as well as other pertinent laws, rules and regulations.
