Appreciation Policy

1. Purpose:

Rewards and Recognition Policy is designed to encourage employees particularly field staff whose
performance is outstanding either individually or through team that contribute to the overall objectives
of the organization.

2. Objectives:

To recognize and promote positive behaviors that support individual, work group, unit, team,
department, organizational mission and business goals and objectives.

3. Eligibility:

He should be a directly related to JJEPL internally or externally.

4. Nomination & Selection Process:

Any Management Committee member can nominate the any personnel for his/her contribution in the
management meeting.
Selection will be done by Management Committee (All department Head) in consultation with M.D.

5. Non-monetary Awards: These include,

a) An Appreciation letter.
b) Complimentary gift like Trophy, Pens, Movie tickets, Cad bury, jewelry or hobby related gifts etc.

6. Award Amount

Based on the situation the monetary awards will be decided. Wherever it’s a team based award the
monetary amount will be distributed equally among all the members of the particular team.

7. Documentation:

When the selection for an award is made, the copy of the Appreciation letter shall be filed by the HR in
the employee’s personnel file and appropriate recognition and announcement of the employee / team,
i.e., through Notice board.
