Existing Facalities:-
Bulk emulsifier storage facality is not available presently.
Emulsifier handling via HDPE Drum which requires to put in Hot Water Bath during winter season due to freezing problem.
Solvents addition into Formulation Vessels from Solvent Yard directly.
Stabilizer & LC addition into Formulation Vessels through Batch Tank as well as directly via drum.
Addition of Solvents, Stablizier , Emulsifier & LC into Formulation Vessels via Mass Flow meter.
Emulsifier addition via Mass Flow Meter isn't well effective.
Presently no weighing systems e.g Load cell provided in Emulsifier/Stabilizer Batch Tanks & Formulation Vessels.

Proposed Facalities:-
Individual 03 Nos. 20 Kl Emulsifier Storage Tank for bulk storage & handling system.
Load Cell Installation in all 03 Nos. 20 Kl Emulsifier Storage Tank
Load Cell Installation in all seperate 1 Kl Batch Tank for Emulsifier, Stabilizer & LC.
Load Cell Installation in all 03 Nos. Formulation Vessels.
Automation & PLC Updation for Emulsifier, Stablizer & LC Handling system.
