PAGEANT APPLICATION
SUNDAY, AUG. 2, 2015 * 3:00PM – 4:00PM

Entry Ages: Girls & Boys Ages 4 – 7 of Italian Descent

Eligibility: Ages 4 & 5 will be eligible to win Little Prince & Princess
Ages 6 & 7 will be eligible to win Little King & Queen
Check-in Time: 2:40 pm in front of Main Stage.
Application: Submit application below with signature for pageant contestants.
Photograph: Submit Head & Shoulder pose (wallet size to 5x7) for appearance in the Fest
Program Book. (Submissions past the deadline may not make it into the program book.)
Deadline:
Applications and Photos must be submitted no later than July 3, 2015.
Sample Interview Questions (may vary):
• Each Contestant will be asked the same general questions. Types of questions to
review with your child:
 What is your name?
 What do you like to do for fun?
 What is your favorite color?
 What do you like to eat?
 What do you want to be when you grow up?
Attire: Casual (like school or church attire) to as dressy as you want. Be comfortable.
Prizes: Little King, Queen, Prince, Princess - Crown, Sash, Trophy, Gift Bag.
All other Contestants will each receive a Medal and a Gift Bag.
