Dear Rajashekar, Date: 30th Oct’ 2013

In addition to your base compensation as stated in your offer letter in page one, we would like to
confirm and inform you that basis your level and grade at IKS you would be eligible to the following
benefits:

Compensation

1. Your take home pretax not including variables will be INR _21,281/- Per Month
2. You will be eligible to receive a sum of upto INR 1,500/- per month towards night shift allowance
provided you work in shifts starting 5:30 pm IST onwards.(subject to change with prior notice)
a. Please note that this would be applicable during training as well and only if you are
trained during shifts starting post 5:30 pm IST
3. As an employee of IKS you would have a potential to receive a Monthly Variable Incentive Pay
which would be upto INR _4,600/- of your base compensation and would be paid out as per the
attached policy.
4. Please note that the VIP policy could change during the course of the year or later depending on
the vision of the organization/ discretion of the management team
5. You would be eligible for the next increment cycle only if you are on the rolls of the company as
on or before 30th September 2012
6. As part of the compensation offered to you, you could opt for food coupons in the range of INR
500 – 3000 to avail a tax benefit, however this will be reduced from your special allowance
7. Owing to business requirements, you may be required to work overtime or on weekends for
which you would be eligible for an incentive or a compensatory off

9. Please note that your training timelines could extend/contract depending upon the
Training/Operations’ team decision based on your performance and/or business requirements.
It is a mandate for all the employees to clear all the assessment during the training.

help us reward superior performances and plan for performance improvement

11. You will be eligible to participate in internal job postings only once you complete 1 year of
service with Inventurus Knowledge Solutions
12. IKS is an outcomes based Revenue Cycle Management organization and therefore performance
is monitored closely right from your date of joining
a. You will be provided adequate training, feedback and coaching during your career at IKS
to ensure you have complete clarity on the concepts and are able to achieve your goals
b. To gauge your performance you would be assessed at the end of each module during
your training period and will also be evaluated on a monthly basis once you go live on
the floor
c. It is imperative that you clear the minimum thresholds that would be communicated to
you on your first day of training and also meet your desired monthly targets on the floor
which would be mainly based on productivity, quality and attendance

Leaves and attendance

13. IKS follows a 5 day schedule, however you may be required to work stretch shifts or weekends
as per business requirements for which you would be compensated monetarily or via comp off
14. You are requested to be flexible to working in any shift
15. You would need to work 9 hours in office and will be allowed a 1 hour break time
16. Please note that you will not be allowed to take any leaves during the training period
a. However, should there be an emergency situation then please ensure that your trainer
and HR are kept in the loop about such an event
17. However you will start accumulating leaves of 2 days per months from your date of joining after
you complete a month with Inventurus
18. As per the prevailing policy you will eligible for 25 days leave on an annual basis which is pro-
rated form your date of joining
a. Please note that you will not be allowed to carry forward more than 5 days of leave to
the next calendar year
b. You will also additionally be eligible to 10 days of company declared paid holidays, a
detailed list of which will be handed over to you at the time of joining
c. Unscheduled absentisum during the training or operations will not be entertained.

Transport

19. You would be eligible for a pick and drop facility if you live within 40 kms from the office
premises, which is subject to change basis business requirements and you will receive enough
notice on any such changes
a. Employees staying beyond 40 kms radius from the office premises would get a point
pick up and drop
20. Please note that you would need to come in to work on your own on your first day at Inventurus
and would be provided with the transport facility from your 1st day of training

21. Please note that if you do miss your transport thrice in a month due to absenteeism(not
communicated 24 hours prior) or delays you would be taken off the roster for the rest of the
month

On Joining

22. IKS follows a very strict dress code policy, you would need be dressed formally on all days of the
week except Friday where you can dress in business casuals
23. You will be a confirmed employee from day 1 at IKS and will not be placed on probation
24. You will be required to always maintain a high level of integrity and discipline during your career
at IKS.
