Would you have one of your fingers surgically removed if it somehow


guaranteed immunity from all major diseases? Justify your choice.

A human body composes of different parts. Each part has its


functions and some are more important than the others. So, if removing one
of my fingers somehow guarantees that I would have immunity from all the
major diseases then I would choose not to. Why? Because from the given
statement, it says “somehow” meaning that it’s not a hundred percent sure
that it guarantees us to immunity and what about the minor diseases, it can
still weaken my body. To remove a finger without a hundred percent
assurance is like preventing a disease that’s already spread throughout my
body.
