Welded precision tubes according to EN 10305-2 (DIN 2393).
The most common steel quality is St. 37.2 / 34.2. The tubes are cold drawn over a mandrel.
Thanks to this production method the tubes contain a very good concentricity and the
outside and inside diameter are according the tolerances of the EN10305-2 (DIN 2393).

The precision tubes are used in applications where close tolerances are needed.

Straightness : Outside diameter > 15 mm = max 0,25% deviation of the length
Outside diameter 6 - 15 mm = straight to the eye

Outside diameter < 6 mm = no guarantee for straightness

Wall thickness tolerance: Maximum ± 7,5%
Lengths: Random 5-7 meters, cut on request
