ARCHITECTURAL THESIS PROBLEM

 Given the classified learning environment of the BulSU Main Campus, students are only
contained in a limited space for activity and learning experiences, and community engagements
are narrow and undeveloped. The need to foster an enduring identity and progress of Bulacan
State University in pursuing its mandate to give the students and its community an enhanced
and extended knowledge with sustainability. The defying use of community planning methods
to university campus physical planning affecting culture and social relations of the stakeholders
inside and outside the campus in translating a holistic and sustainable university in a park of
working community.
 The need to foster an enduring identity and progress of Bulacan State University in pursuing its
mandate to give the students and its community an enhanced knowledge on sustainability. The
use of community planning methods to campus physical planning that is architecturally
translated in a sustainable park of a working community in and out of the campus.

 Applying community sustainable planning methods to campus physical planning. Making it a
workable community in and out of the campus.
