Research Abstract:

Psychology drives the efficiency of humans, as it includes the study of


conscious and unconscious phenomena, as well as feeling and thought. It is
apparent that "human factors " psychological training is quite evident these
days in the workplace across different sectors. This part often comes under
work-life balance to improve the levels of efficiency of the employees. Various
psychological factors like competition, dissatisfaction, validation, appreciation
et cetera drive the behaviour of employees in a workplace. However, there are
little groundwork proofs as to how these training are actually affecting the
employee's psyche and behaviour, because still incidents of suicides,
frustration, dissatisfaction with the roles offered to continue. These have been
hampering the growth of the organization, as people may not be performing
the best. This paper looks at the impacts that could be made if these factors
are addressed could be huge and benefits to the organization.

Dependent Variable: Efficiency/Productivity of humans at workplace.


Independent Variable: tight-deadlines, high-workload, fear, motivation levels,
confidence levels, validation, peace of mind.

1. How often does fear/lack of confidence affect the efficiency of humans?
2. What kind of people at workplace exhibit high degree of
efficiency/productivity?
3. What are some possible causes of inefficiency at the work place?
