Brief details of the project.
Promoters profile:
The Promoter Mr. Jetla Chandu S/o. Jetla Narayana

resident of 7-1-3/15, G.M. Colony, Godavarikhani, Peddapalli, Telangana -
505209, is interested to start his own under garment manufacturing unit, He
is well versed with all the requirements of starting his unit. He has a vast
experience in the field of manufacturing of under garments & has been in the
business for the past 6 years.
The Promoter has registered for Trademark and the same has been
accorded by the Trade Marks Registry, Government of India, in the name &
style of “LUXURY LIFE”, the trademark registration certificate is also
enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
The Promoter is also well versed with the Procedures of Marketing,

Accounting, Staff Management, Production, the unit has already acquired
the required GST registration, and the copy of the same is enclosed herewith
for your ready reference.
Availability of raw material:
The raw material required for running the unit like fabric, threads,
labels, packing material, elastic etc are available locally as the promoter is in
the field of manufacturing for the past 6 years, he is well versed with the
quality and pricing etc.,
Marketing potential:
There are huge orders from private parties, & also the local market
wherein as the under garments manufacturers are very less known in the
market and the promoter has been marketing his product, and already has a
clientele, so the marketing of the product is not at all a problem as the
production of the unit is also limited.
State & Central Governments Subsidies & Support:
The promoter has applied for the loan under PMEGP scheme of Central
Government, vide application No.: DITG19208179-8942240 which is
extending an investment subsidy of 25% on the project cost which is a front
end subsidy which is receivable by the Bank directly once the loan is
disbursed and subsequent details uploaded on the PMEGP website by the
Bank.

The Government of Telangana is sanctioning a backend subsidy of

25% on capital investment for new units. The Government of Telangana is
also extending “PAVALA VADDI SCHEME” under which the interest charged
by the banks will be reimbursed upto a maximum of 9% p.a.
Employment:
The Promoter by setting up of this unit will not only benefit under self
employment for him, but will also be able to generate employment to local
youth also from the neighbouring villages.
Firm Registration:
The Registration of the firm (i.e. UDYOG AADHAR) will be submitted to

the Bankers once the firm starts commercial production, as the same can
only be applied after the start of commercial production, as per UDYOG
AADHAR guidelines.
The firm is already registered under GST act; the copy of the same is
enclosed herewith.
