OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

To study the customer experiences towards the telecom operators on airtel

To compare the customer experiences among the Airtel and jio

SCOPE OF THE STUDY

In order to attain the objective. To study the experience of selected customer from the different
telecom operators via jio and airtel.

POPULATION

Requirement of the objective is to study the experience of selected customer from the different
telecom operators via jio and airtel.

SIZE OF THE POPULATION

Size of the population is 200 customer

RESEARCH DESIGN

In order to fulfill the need of the study selected is descriptive.Research design is used to analyse the
customer experience towards telecom operator in india

SAMPLING METHOD

Sampling method is used to measure the customer experience among the airtel and jio in india.
